            About 4 months ago me and my fiancé went to this tattoo shop to get a couple of tattoos, the owner a month later told us that his apprentice stole around 600$ from us and that he would compensate both of us for by giving us free touch ups on all the tattoos she did and then give both of us a free tattoo. My fiancé got her free tattoo but never got the touch ups and I never got anything, we have been trying to contact him about setting up an appointment to get the rest of it done but every time we did we would get no answer or he would set up an appointment and then the day of would cancel it, a week ago today 11/03/2022 we had an appointment set up and he canceled on us saying that he could do it today and then sent us the text I have attached to this complaint as well as one of the tattoos his apprentice over charged us on and the one that got infected because he didn’t trying her properly in switching out the needles when starting a new tattoo. In the message he says that we were rude to his new apprentice when me and my fiancé were both very respectful and professional. I would really like help with this. Thank you very much.
