    I have tried contacting Mr sparkle car wash over the last several weeks over phone and email, they refuse to email me back. I cancelled my membership and I was still charged. After I tried to explain my situation with one of the employees they said a manager would give me a call and they never did. I understand they don’t give refunds that’s okay, but if I explained my situation about being in an accident and my car being in the shop why are you as a company not at least trying to help out in another way. I asked several times if I could pause my membership so that I could use it when my car is finished at the car shop. I paid over $30 for this monthly membership and I’d hate for it to be for nothing. When I asked if I could pause my membership more than once, no one has bothered replying to me. So I figured let’s try it this way.

    I bought two $56 (4+1 wash) dollars car wash coupon on 10/2023. Till today these coupons are not showing up in their app. I called and emailed multiple times with Mr.S***** manager, Melissa C*******. She told me she would help me setting up the app but till today I am leaving a message and she is not picking up my call or returning my phone call. 2/7/24: Melissa wrote "Which phone number did you use to purchase. The one listed below is not in our system." 2/7/24: Swami wrote " same phone number I will send email that I communicated with you in october 2023. " 2/7/24: Melissa wrote "Ok, I did find it. Did you download the app? Down load the app and your washes should show up. Here are the links." 2/8/24: Swami wrote "When I login to the app I don’t see any available washes. Can you help?" 2/8/24: Melissa wrote "You can give me a call and I can help you through it." sent her emails and left her voice mail but till today no help or refund of my money. Please help.

    My wife and I are members of their monthly unlimited car wash program. We are both trying to now cancel that service. They say cancel any time. I have filled out their form online 3 times where it says you will be contacted within 5 days to confirm cancelation. Neither my wife or I have heard back. My wife tried emailing the email provided to cancel also to no avail. She has now also tried calling twice and the phone just rings. No one picks up and there is no voicemail either. So in total we have tried 9 times to cancel to no avail.

    On February 17th I went to Mr.Sparkles Car Wash in ********** **. I was on the phone with a customer and while I pulled up to the machine to pay a man, the manager, walked up to me and insisted I get the "one month deal". The deal was that I pay $26.64 and get 30 days of unlimited car washes. I agreed because it wasn't much more, seemed worth it, and I was trying to get back to my phone call. I went through the car wash and went about my day. My husband mentioned later that day that my license plate was dented and I had a few scratches, I wasn't sure what it was - I thought maybe wind, but didn't think much of it, I straighted out my license plate. I went back to the car wash and when I left my car had more scratches and my plate was dented yet again. I decided I was not going to go back to the car wash any more because it was too rough on my car. The month of March and April I was charged for the car wash but I never returned. I was signed up for a monthly subscription without my knowledge or consent. I've spoken to multiple people within Mr.Sparkles asking for a refund only for the months I did not use the services (because I had no idea I subscribed to anything), and I was given a partial refund. The manager stated that they weren't giving me a full refund because they don't even allow refunds. The issue I'm having is that I should not have been charged for services I didn't use, I also should not have been charged without my knowledge or consent and now I've been dealing with this for months and I want my refund. I am owed $20,95 at this point and I want it resolved because shady horrible business practices like this should not be able to get over on people. They think if they stop responding to me, which they have, that I will just go away, but I do not tolerate this kind of negligence from corporations.

    I went through the car wash on April 8th and 10th. On the 8th when I went through my tires were rubbing on the track and felt like I was going to get whiplashed. On Monday April 11th I was driving and my hubcap went flying off my car. A hub cap doesn’t just go rolling off a car when they’re clipped in. The track broke it and they’re refusing to pay for the hubcap calling me a liar! My car is only two years old and going to cost 118$. I should not have to pay for this. They’re machine broke it. And they’re refusing to refund me my money!

    Upon reviewing the video surveillance footage, Customer's hubcap was intact when she exited the carwash on 4/8.  Two days later on 4/10 video shows customer at our vacuums after using car wash with hub cap intact.  Based on this information we have denied this claim and assume no responsibility for car wash damage.
