    Albin did an amazing job installing my stairlift. Outstanding! He was helpful, and knowledgeable, and educated me on using and cleaning the lift. I'm very happy with the installation and would recommend Lifeway Mobility!

    The screw installed on the stairs split the planks. Several SMS and calls to sales rep just resulted in run arounds for months. It is by far the most frustrating company I have dealt with and I pray there is no issue with the unit itself so I don't have to call them ever again.

However, this is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we apologize for the frustration and inconvenience. Our team has reviewed this to ensure it doesn't happen again.     Someone did call me back on 9/6 saying that Danny will contact me the following morning. After that, back to silent mode until I called back and left a message on 9/14. Still no call back until now. This has been an exercise in futility which only results in more frustrations. I will honestly appreciate it more if Lifeway Mobility would just tell me "we are not responsible. Just go away" instead of wasting my time by forever dangling hope.

    I purchased a staitlift and it was installed 2/2024. The equipment is still under warranty and I am unable to get assistance or anyone to return my calls from the service department. I called my sales representative Friday 7/5/2024 the stairlift was stuck at the top of the stairs it would not move, requesting an expedited service call. The representative assured me the service request was submitted and I would be contacted. I was unable to get downstairs to get food or let my dog out to relieve herself. I called my son who lives in *** ******* (1.5 hours away) for help, who had to physically carry me downstairs. My son unplugged the stairlift and after 3 hours of being unplugged it started to work again. I am traumatized from the event and no longer feel confident of its function. Two (2) weeks later on Friday, 7/19/2024 I received a call from the service department regarding the incident. After complaining to the service department, they scheduled a service appointment for Friday, 8/2/2024 (approximately 1 month later). It is now 10:00am 8/2/2024 I haven't received a call or a service appointment! This is unacceptable conduct and I feel as if I have been taken advantage up because I'm disabled & vulnerable.

    We're very sorry for the issues with the lift that you've experienced and the inconvenience. We understand your frustration and apologize for the no-show as well. These issues have all been addressed with our local team. All that being said, our service team confirmed there was a service visit on 8/15 with one of our technicians. He reset the unit and cleaned and greased the gear rack when he was there. There were no issues with the batteries on the unit. The lift was running properly after he was done with his work.     six (6) service calls in less than two months and we still do not have service. Darn It. I paid cash for a chair lift for my 98 year old parent but it's more than unfortunate that I have to call service every week and she has to struggle to get back up the stairs because the lift won't move. Customer service responds but it's like trying to put a band aid on a bullet hole. It's past time to stop making excuses and replace the chair. It's usage is by a person who weighs about 125 pounds but we've spent more time trying to get the chair to move than actually using it. While one claims to "understand my frustration" it's beyond that. I thought a 3 star rating was appropriate because the technicians always come out and tell me what's wrong but each time it's something different and each time I have to call someone again in less than a week. If something different is wrong each time I call then it's the equipment ......THE CHAIR SHOULD BE REPLACED or they should give me my money back so I can shop for something more depend. 4 days after my last review my mother has to walk up and down the stairs because the chair lift will not move and guess what. Service called and are not available until the next day. It's amazing even offensive how horrible products and service can be after you paid for it. They have my money. I paid cash and we are without service for at least the next 24 hours. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING...

    Sorry for the issues you’ve experienced with the stairlift. A new chassis was installed on 5/10/2022, and the technician tested it several times before leaving to ensure it was working. You confirmed you were satisfied with the new chassis.
