We have had Giordano Restoration remediate our garage after a tree fell through the roof and our finished basement after it flooded. We could not be happier with the job Gary and his team did on both projects. Gary is extremely kind and really listened to our concerns. He is honest and straight forward, so we never felt pressured or like we were being sold unnecessary services. His crew is polite, friendly, and extremely thorough. Also, unlike so many other contractors out there, Gary always responded very quickly when we called or emailed. Awesome company!

What a crazy year 2023 was! Water damage, wind damage, mold discovery, mold removal and remediation! Not how I planned to start the year, and certainly not what we had in mind for home improvement ideas. We saw some great reviews and gave Gary a call. That was the best decision we made! Gary and his team, Tiffany, Hector, and Javier, treated our problem as if it was their own home. Gary was always available when we had questions and kept us updated throughout the process. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had! I don’t give many places a rating and when I do, very few are 5-Stars. Giordano Restoration easily deserves a 5-Star review. No one wants to have to go through the nightmare of a problem in their home. If you have any signs of wind damage, water damage, or mold, safe yourself some time and stress. Gary was recommended by a close friend. As soon as we called, he stopped by to assess the mold issue that we had as well as the asbestos. He and his team moved in quickly to started work. He helped us through the whole process with insurance and contractors working on our house. We recommended him to neighbors next to are rental and they were extremely happy with his work. We will always recommend Gary and his team for any mold abatement.

On a reference from a dear friend of ours, we called in Gary to look at some tile in our basement that we wanted to know if it contained asbestos or not. While he was assessing that, he found a mold problem lurking. This initial meeting to assess possible asbestos turned in to almost a year together. Gary and his team found mold in several areas of our house from previous water damage. He also found asbestos in our drywall while trying to take care of mold and water damage issues. His team got quick to work assess what needed to happen and give us a timeline. Gary helped us through the process of finding a temporary living space, explaining financial and insurance issues, keeping us in the loop with anything and everything that was happening in our space. Most importantly though, Gary always checked in to "see how we were doing". Giordano Restorations took our house from an unhealthy mess down to the studs and rebuilt us a healthy, beautiful and safe place to live. Gary worked with our insurance EVERY step of the way to advocate for us. Gary found contractors to do the work EVERY step of the way. Without Gary, Giordano Restoration and his team we would not be where we are today. Gary and his crew are fantastic! They not only guided me through the process, he was quick to respond to any questions I had. Gary's expertise with insurance made him the perfect liason with my insurance company. Once his crew got to work, they handled all of my items with care.I felt comfortable knowing such personal items would be taken care of during my displacement for the repair. Last August my home suffered major water damage stemming from our bathroom. I talked to some fellow Navy spouses (as our husbands were deployed) and one friend recommended Giordano Restoration. I called them and Gary made time in his schedule to come right out and assess the situation. I'm so thankful I made that call as I had know idea at the time that the water had traveled behind basement walls, under tiles, etc. Gary and his team were efficient in eliminating the water/mold damage. I have to say Giordano Restoration has been incredible. What went from a complete disaster/loss for my basement after recently investing 35k+ into a new “dry basement” water drainage system and my sons new bedroom, has been turned completely around to my basement looking way better than it ever had, sparkling clean, and salvaging everything to reduce the losses to almost nothing. There is no more mold, cobwebs, and no water damage. I am so relieved and so grateful!
