Professional, timely, responsive, clean equipment, clean work area, reasonably priced – a family run business that actually believes in providing quality service. New London County Septic is the BEST! We had every problem imaginable on our Postage size lot - from our original septic engineer dying, to hitting Ledge, to the new engineer plans not being accurate, to drainage issues, to removing/splitting Huge boulders, plus the annoyance of nosey neighbors and a small narrow work area – Todd and Jake handled it ALL – and they even put down sod for us at the end of the job! When they left our lawn looked beautiful. We were so LUCKY to have had NL Septic do our septic installation – especially as it was clearly not an easy installation. These guys are the wonderful! Again - Professional, timely, responsive, clean equipment, clean work area, reasonably priced – a family run business that actually believes in providing quality service. Thank you New London Septic – we could not be happier with your services.

Nothing but high recommendations for NL Septic Service, a family owned business. Owner Tod, son Jake and his work team successfully exhumed my aging 56 year old concrete tank and inserted a modern plastic two compartment version, doing it with surgical precision so as to not impact the leaching field which is still working fine. Initiating all permits, having the right equipment in experienced hands, reseeding affected lawn was accomplished in three days start to end. They go above and beyond in customer service. For example, I just bought a house and was trying to figure out where the septic was for landscaping purposes. Not only did the office staff contact the health dept for me to get the "as built" but the technician stopped by the house to mark it - all the same day! I could not believe in this day and age such good customer service. Everyone with a septic should use them!
