    Ordered a Mother’s Day gift on 4/26 containing a box of chocolate covered strawberries and a bouquet of flowers. Not even 24 hours later I canceled the order because I wanted to change to a different item. The auto email response said they received my cancellation notice and would contact me if any issues. I was never contacted, and my order was never cancelled. They left me in limbo wondering what was going on with this gift from 4/27 up until 5/8. There was plenty of time to cancel the order; it’s not like I tried to cancel it the day before. The arrangement that arrived to my mother was of horrible craftsmanship. The strawberries were melting and looked so juvenile- I could have made better ones myself. The flower arrangement looked nothing like the photo, this was the ugliest flower arrangement I had ever seen. The colors and types of flowers didn’t even slightly resemble what was received. I will be disputing this transaction with my credit card, and I will never shop here again. I typically order from here about 5-10 times per year. I am astounded by the complete lack of communication, lack of customer service, and quality of this.

    I bought an arrangement for my fiancé on Valentine’s Day when it was delivered there was some of the items missing which was the flowers that I ordered the fruit basket I ordered the pineapples were all at the bottom and the fruit arrangement look like it fell over and rolled around someone’s car I contacted the business right away on Valentine’s Day they told me they would send out the flowers which they never did I called them back at around 530 because I was getting ready to go out and told them that I just wanted to order canceled and told them that I didn’t want them to bring the flowers to my house and I told them how the fruit arrangement looked which I have pictures of they told me they would issue a refund it would just take around 10 to 14 days I’ve been contacting them just about every week ever since I cannot get to the store manager I’m only getting the shift manager and I still have no refund
