The owner is a crook & a scammer. He will avoid your call for days to get extra days of storage fees. He refuses to provide a bill/invoice for towing & refuses to take cards. Wants cash only before giving you a bill them never does. Hes ******* The few choice words he used while on the phone with me was unbelievable! He should be put out of business asap

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered or dealt with . The owner really should be ashamed of himself at the way he conducts his business and how he speaks to people the place of business wasn’t clean would be surprise if things aren’t up to date or don’t properly since the customer service is atrocious . He was rude and used disgusting language . Threatening your customers saying “ you don’t know who you’re messing with “ doesn’t seem like a necessary reaction when being asked why they towed someone’s car ? So you can threatened your customers over the phone but you can’t inform them that towing hours are from 9-4pm ? The hours posted on the website say 24/7 service so not informing your clients or at-least having it posted on your website is a huge inconvenience and more than likely why the police have to go to this facility on more than one occasion. you’re having a bad day you need to learn to compose your self and treat your customers with respect . This company definitely does not value its customers at all and it’s a bad reflection on middle town . I would never ever recommend them to anyone . If you ask me Charlie should look for a different job because he is the most disgusting , disrespectful , and entitled business owners I have ever met . Unfortunately they over charged for towing really have no professionalism at all . Please reconsider when using this company . My advice is DONT !!!

Awful company, terrible at handling business. They overcharge on their billing, you question them about it and they offer to make changes, but then threaten to keep your vehicle unless you go to the bank and get them cash. They threaten me several times and use vulgar language. Very unprofessional. The tow truck driver was very nice, I fell sorry that his employer (Charlie) puts him in these situations.
