On April 9th 2022, I purchased a 300$ custom *** controller from AimControllers. I received my controller on 3/15/22. On 3/24/22 the controller stopped working properly. I sent the controller back in for repair which is covered under warranty. AimControllers has not responded to any emails about my repair and has blocked me from contacting them on social media. At this point they have literally taken my money and now the product and left me with no resolution. I am out of options as to what I am supposed to do. I have also done research through social media and found 100’s if not 1000’s of customers who have had or are currently dealing with the same problem.

    Hello!

We do not block anyone unless they are being overly rude or using curse words. Without knowing your social name I cannot confirm that but it is the only reason for being blocked. You can wait for a respone from our repair department via email.

I placed an order with AimControllers on 3/21/22 to have my *** Dual Sense controller customized. I paid $217. I mailed my controller to them on 3/22 and it was delivered on 3/24 by UPS and signed by someone at that company. However they claim to not find my controller which I paid for separately. It is now 4/19 and My order was not fulfilled, they lost my property, and I am awaiting a refund. I have contacted them numerous times with no response. I filed a dispute through ****** and someone at AIM told me I would have to close that dispute before they can issue a refund. I did and have not heard back from them. So not only did they loose my property, they also have my money for a service that was not fulfilled. I would like a prompt refund.

On 12/4 I ordered a custom controller from Aim Controllers. It’s is 4/2 and I still don’t have it. On multiple occasions I have been told it will be ready by X date and it never is. On 1/4 I was told it would be done AND shipped by the first week in February. On February 11th I was told it would be done by the end of February/early March and they offered to change the back of the controller to have it shipped sooner. I paid almost $300 for a custom controller and I’m not interested in having the aesthetic altered. I want what I purchased and have waited more than enough time for it. Had I wanted an ugly controller I would have paid 60 bucks for a stock one. On 3/14 I was told that it would be done by the end of March and that they were giving me a $50 refund, I accepted that and then was told it actually would be a $30 refund. On March 30th I was told it will be done the second week of April and had to ask again for my pitiful $30 refund, which I did finally get. This is unacceptable business. I understand COVID hurt supply chains but these people are still selling a controller they can’t actually make in a reasonable time frame. What was supposed to be a Christmas present, and then a birthday present will now be a random summer gift. I will write a new review for every false promise they make at this point. I don’t usually do this but this wasn’t a cheap controller and I have been patient enough. Don’t sell a product you can’t produce. Don’t make false promises. Or, at least have the decency to stop taking money from people and then stringing them along. I’ve waited too long to cancel the order, I just want my product as promised when I purchased it. Aim controllers- you should be ashamed that this is how you conduct business.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:I didn’t ask for a refund. I asked for a product I have waited months to get. This is unacceptable.

    Sincerely,

I purchased a controller back in November of 2021 for around 200$ in attempts to have a controller that would be least likely to have problems. As this company claims it’s lifetime warranties. It took about 2 months to receive and it was great when I recieved it. For a month. After a month the controller sticks started to drift so I immediately contacted aim controllers warranty department for a fix as this is a simple fix. They took a few days to get back to me and when they did they asked me to “send a video of the problem happening in game”…… so I attempted to do that but it’s kind of hard to record the controller and play at the same time, so I contacted them back and said I wasn’t able to get a video and that I would send it back to them and they would surely find the issue if they used it. And then I proceeded to send back the controller early January. The next day after I sent it back they replied and asked me to fill out a “repair form” and send it back. So I did that and assumed everything was good to go, as I never heard back from them again. About a month and a half went by (I’m a father of 3 that works 40+ hrs a week time can go faster than you would think) and I realized they never contacted me back about any of it. So I sent them an email asking had they received the controller? And I got a reply saying they had no idea what I was talking about because I “didn’t fill out a repair form” (which I did) so I told them I had sent it back as I previously told them I was doing, and put a note on it with my name and order #. So it took them about a week to reply to that and he said “they had found the controller and needed me to fill out the repair form that I had already filled out before I even sent it back. I filled out another repair form. So at this time it had been 4 months from original purchase and he claimed that they had fixed the controller and have to charge me for the promoted “free repair” i am not trying to pay more to this company for a fault.
