On or about October 2022, I gave Krissy’s Beauti Bar (“Beauti Bar”) $900 for 20 sessions of body sculpting. The Beauti Bar at the time was located in ********* **. I attended 3 sessions. The Beauti Bar then moved to *** ****** **. That is over a 45 min commute from my home. I asked the owner for a refund for the remaining 17 sessions and to no avail I have not made any headway. I am seeking assistance.Business response

She purchased a sale price package on a commission base because he sister who was an employee for me at the time brought her in. Each session is $149-160 per session each time she comes in she got a double session it was stated in the contract she signed that no refund on sale packages only on fully priced packages.. after I fired her sister everyone she brought in on a commission base asked for a refund. I didn’t close or neither was I out of business I offered to continue session and she refused.. my past employee also sign a contract to not speak to my clients so this was all planned. In all she got 6 sessions. They also transferred session between her family member.

I went to this place called Krissy's Beauty Bar on ****** *** in ********** ***********. I seen her ad on ******* and she told me that if I paid through her and not through *******, she'd still give me the same discount, basically so she wouldn't have to give them a cut. I booked 8 sessions for $300 and something dollars (I have to look on my bank statement to see the exact amount). I only did one session. When trying to book another session, she was not responding to me. She finally responded weeks later and said shops no longer open and she's moving to *** *****. I told her that was to far for me and asked her for a refund. She said ok and told me I'll see it right after the new year. Well the whole month of January passed and I had no refund. I called several times, she did not answer. I send her an email and she responded stating that I would see my refund within that same week and the reason why I haven't seen it yet was because she had to give me a partial refund and the credit card system she uses was giving her a hard time due to being a partial refund. However, she assured me I'd get it the week of February 26th. I never got anything. Since then I've been emailing and calling and she has not responded. I asked one of the workers who worked for her if he has he seen her and I told him what she did to me. He told me he is no longer working with her because she did the same thing to his friend who requested a refund and never gave her the money back. Obviously this woman is a scam artist. She's taking people's money and not giving it back. She's also scamming ******* because she's placing her ad on their site and telling her customers she'll give them the same ******* rate as long as they book through her and not through ******* so she doesn't have to give them a cut.Business response

She purchased a ******* of 2 butt lift with cellulite treatment. It’s a two in one machine, I specifically explain to her that the cellulite manually is different from the ones on the machine. I've never told her I would match any price from *******, because ******* didn't have the service she wanted to get done. That's when she bought the October sale for the butt vacuum and cellulite manual treatment. I inform her before we moved. After she found out left from ********* *** and my employee’s left. She stated to me that, She doesn’t not need my services anymore. Due to the fact that my employee Eddie was not working at my place of business anymore. I have explained and remind her about the policy and that she will be charged. I have contacted her to find out, how she would like the partial refund to be given and she never answered the, nor have she returned my call. I explained to her that she will be charge per session after cancellation along with fees. Everything was explained to her, before she signed the contract and agreed to the knowledge that was given to her.

I am rejecting this response because: This is false information provided. I paid for 8 sessions in advance. I paid Chrissy (as she mentioned) directly and NOT through *******. I have the bank statements to show proof. I did one session ONLY. I had seven left. I called several times, to book another one of my sessions that I paid for in advance, both on whatsapp and directly to Chrissy's phone number (I can get phone records iof this). She did not answer for several weeks. When she finally answered, I told her I had been trying to reach her to book my next session. She told me that she hadn't respond because the business is currently not open and she is moving to a new location and it wouldn't be open until after the new year. She told me she was moving *** ****** **. I told her *** ***** was too far for me and asked her for a refund. She agreed and said I'd see it soon (I have attached text exchanges between her and I on my original complaint). I never received my refund! I continued to reach out to which I was told that she was having problems with her credit card system being that it was a partial return but it would be given to me by a certain date (which again I have Included in my original email). Since then, I have not received anything. I have two communications between her and I that I am attaching here (again) one from March 14th and the other from March 19th, of me reaching out to her asking where my refund was, with no response from her. I'm very confused why she's saying she's been trying to reach me and I haven't been responding, that is not correct! I've been waiting for my refund I would of answered her! I also went to the shop in *** ***** and was told that she was not there but her shop was in the back of their store. I've called, emailed and text several times with no response. What she is stating about me not wanting to continue my sessions because one of her employees was no longer there is absolutely incorrect. I never knew Eduardo was no longer working there until after she promised me a refund and never refunded me, which caused me to reach out to the employee to ask him if he knew how to get in contact with her because she was not answering me. This is when he advised me that he no longer worked for her on February 8, 2023 (attachment included of our texts) so she is lying when she says I told her I did not want to complete my sessions because Eduardo was no longer there. I asked her for a refund way before I knew Eduardo no longer worked there and there's proof to show. He told me that he no longer worked for her because she did this to one of her clients as well. Chrissy, I have not ignored you. Why would I ignore you when I want my refund? Why would I reach out to the *** if you kept your word and refunded me my money instead of ignoring me? You have been ignoring me and you know it. Just do what's right and refund my money.

Again. I’ve never told you to purchase from me it was your choice because ******* didn’t have the service you NEEDED. You’re disregarding my policies that you signed off on and the last time I spoke to you I was in process of moving to a new location not closed. You purchase i sale package for $320 Eddie got a commission and there was fees taken out along with your 2 session after checking my appointments system you got more than one session. Each session is $85-$149 when mixed with manual cellulite treatment. When we last spoke I explained everything to you and inform that I would send the partial refund if there was anything left because you would now owe me money. You called ******* and discredited my business got my campings taken down because of personal agenda. You signed a contract and we have policies in place. And youre here lying on me. You tried to scam my business and took advantage of my employee to give treatments you didn’t pay for. And when I told you he wasn’t working there anymore you requested a refund. I am rejecting this response because: I DID NOT know about any fees for Eddie. The services I paid for were for butt suctions. I did not scam your business. I paid for 8 services upfront and only did one. Again, when calling to book the rest of my sessions, you did not answer me for awhile. When finally getting in contact with you, you advised me that the shop was no longer open in Stratford and that you were moving to *** *****. I advised you that *** ***** was to far for me and asked for a refund. You told me you'd send me partial refund because I did one sessions already. That was in Dec. 2022. Since then I have not received anything. I never got more services than what I paid for from Eddie. I simply laid on the bed and he preformed the session. I didn't ask him for anything more. You told me you would refund me since December, then you started to ignore me. All you had to do was refund me and I never would of had to go this route. I didn't scam you. I just want the money I paid for my sessions that I did not complete. As far as *******, you did advice me at one point that you'd charge me the ******* rate if I paid you instead of paying through them. But that's my word against yours I guess. The refund I do have proof for though! I have receipts and also have communication between you and I saying you'd refund me for services I did not complete. Yes, please refund my card asap.

Once canceled you will be billed per session this was explained before you sign your contract and it’s in the policy..
You got 2 butt vacuum with manual cellulite treatment. Performed in each session. (2 treatment done in 1)
Butt vacuum $85 plus tax
Cellulite treatment $135 plus tax
Eddie’s commission $20
$240 plus fees for partial refund $15
