            I STARTED BUSINESS WITH NARDI MASONRY BACK ON NOV 2023, I REACH OUT TO THIS COMPANY FOR A RE-DO OF MY DRIVEWAY. THEY STARTED THE WORK ON NOVEMBER 17,2023 AND FINISH THE WORK ON DEC 12,2023. A MONTH AFTER JAN 4, 2024 I STARTED HAVING ISSUES WITH MY SWEAR PIPE, I CONTACTED *********** TO COME BY AND CHECK THE ISSUE, THEY HAD TO CUT THE NEW ASPHALT AND DIG DOWN TO FIND THE LINE , THEY FOUND LINE WAS BROKEN AND CRUSHED AND PARTLY GONE, WHICH NARDI MASONRY NEVER MADE ME AWARE OF THIS ISSUE, ALSO THE COMPANY FOUND A WATER WELD UNDER THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY AND THEN COVER IT WITH OLD ASPHALT WHICH THEY DIDN'T MAKE ME AWARE OF, I CAME TO FIND THIS OUT AFTER THE FACT. I FEEL LIKE COVERING THE WELD AND COMPACTING WITH THE MACHINES MAY HAVE CAUSE THE BROKEN PIPE. I CALLED BERNARD THE OWNER OF NARDI MASONRY TO MAKE HIM AWARE OF THE ISSUE HE AGREE ON REPAIRING THE DRIVEWAY FOR A $500 CHARGE AND THEN CHANGE HIS MIND AND GAVE US A $950 QUOTE. I FEEL THIS COMPANY IS TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. I NEVER ASK FOR NARDI TO REIMBURSE ME THE FEE *********** CHARGE WHICH IT WAS $5,500, I JUST WANT THE DRIVEWAY REPAIR.

            I will like to give you an updated the owner of Nardi Masonry reach out to my husband to discuss the repair of the driveway, which he follow through on Monday , January 29,2024 the driveway was patch by the company and the issue was resolve.
