I recently ordered a diploma frame from Church Hill Classics for my son, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The ordering process was easy and efficient, the turnaround time was impressively quick, and the packaging was secure. The internal components, such as accessories and marketing materials, were thoughtfully designed. Most importantly, the diploma frame itself exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and craftsmanship. I was thoroughly impressed with Church Hill Classics' system and processes. With three other children either in college or soon to be, I will definitely be purchasing their diploma frames from Church Hill Classics as well.

I originally left a one-star review because my diploma frame did not arrive. However, after reaching out to the company, I was impressed by their prompt and professional response. The owner quickly investigated the issue and informed me that ***** had damaged the package during shipment. She assured me a replacement would be sent immediately. True to her word, the replacement arrived in excellent condition, and the quality of the frame exceeded my expectations. I deeply appreciate the excellent communication and commitment to resolving the issue so quickly. Thank you for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one. I ordered a frame for my wife's diploma from their many different color schemes and wood options, and it arrived in incredible packaging(you have to see it to believe it). After inserting the diploma I noticed a bubble in the glass that cast a shadow on the diploma. I took a photo and sent it to them, they instantly replied with "we've just ordered you a new piece of glass to be shipped as soon as it is ready". I received the replacement glass in no time free of charge! The quality of this frame is unbelievable and the customer experience was beyond anything I've experienced in the last 10 years! Church Hill Classics - best frames I've purchased, highly recommend them. I have a total of four frames University and Navy Graduations! The detail on the frames is like no other. I highly recommend Church Hill Classic frames. I accidentally ordered the wrong size frame for my law license, and Susan P. helped me find the right size and get it exchanged for free. The new frame fit perfectly and is absolutely beautiful! Susan was very helpful and professional throughout the whole experience. I just want to say Church Hill Classics has some of the best customer support ever. I ordered a frame and didn't realize it arrived broken for months (not due to Church Hill Classics packing, but likely got broken during shipping). I went to put my diploma up, opened the box and it was broken. I emailed Church Hill Classics with pictures, and they immediately sent out a replacement. Months later! They were so kind, and the new frame arrived all in one piece. Very thankful they were so kind. The frame was expensive, and I'm glad I was able to get a new one after so long. The Church Hill Classics Customer response is 2nd to none. Both of our orders were handled very professionally. The 1st order was delivered in perfect condition. The 2nd one was mis-handled by the shipping company and the glass was broken, along with scuff marks on the face. Without hesitation, the Church Hill Representative sent out a replacement. There was no suggestion of waiting for a claim toward the shipper, or any other procrastination. The new frame was delivered very promptly. I enquired via live chat with customer service personnel for the Quantic EMBA diploma frame as I was traveling to Harvard from the UK. Indeed, the professional support for my order was par excellent! Not only was I assured of the timed delivery but also informed throughout till I received my frame which indeed was an excellent customer service and sales experience with Church Hill Classics. Having brought the frame to the UK and installed the frame quality is superb and brilliant. Indeed, the entire experience of having my frame to the UK is a dream come true.
