RUDEST group of "CUSTOMER SERVICE" people I've ever dealt with. They treat you as if because your car was repossessed you're beneath them! my personal belongings i drove almost two hours for which included a prayer card and flowers attached from my cousins casket and the ribbon from her hair (which was a given the way they were all laid together on my dash with her picture and prayer card no mistake could be made) were thrown into a trash bag with everything else including cups i had in my cup holder! Guess if they even had the decency to empty said cups? I'm sure you get the hint. I know for a fact i didn't receive half my belongings! ABSOLUTE WORST!Review from Talvin R

They were so disgusting, rude , had us wait outside in the sun til they were done with lunch ,moo moo could skip a couple of lunches, god does not like ugly , and they have Kharma coming , wish I could see when they get hit with that kharma , that is zero stars for zero compassion! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Obnoxious and rude personnel, no respect and refuse to provide their address (which is on Google, by the way) due to some odd fear with the pretense that it's for security reasons. There would be no need for that if there was decent customer service. Outrageous fees as well, would leave zero stars if that were possible.Review from Aine S

zero stars ! the lady was mad rude for no reason , she was greeted with respect upon arrival , we drove an hour and some change away to collect the items , just for her to tell him as soon as we arrive “ they can’t open the car , you have to make an appointment to open a car “ make that make sense ? you telling me you can’t press a unlock button to retrieve his items ? after making it known if he wanted to come collect the items after calling and getting no answer . just horrible customer serviceReview from Tamyra M

I wish I can give them a ZERO. Very rude from the time they pick up the phone. Oh and don't think it's going to get any better once you arrive. No matter how nice you attempt to be they have the nastiest disposition. EXTREMELY rude, like probably some of the most rude and judgmental people I have ever encountered in my entire 29 years of living. I guess it's all a ploy to gaslight you and get you arrested so that they can take even more of your money. All in all, the worst experience with customer service I have ever had and truthfully, they do not need to be in business AT ALL. 0/5 stars for me SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!!!!
