            ****** installed a new vinyl plank floor in May 2020. Shortly after install, within the week, I contacted them about the install and they had an assessor come out to review the problems. I repeatedly asked for the full report and then would not comply until almost a year later and it consisted of just a paragraph summary, not a full report and it did not include any of the comments that the assessor had written down in front of me while he was in his home. I contacted the company doing the report and they couldn't release the full report because ****** had filed the report under their name and not under my address. They had multiple people come to the house and remediate areas but even before leaving the house, the spots were obviously not permanently fixed. There is one spot that I can not cover with a rug or other furniture because it is in a main walking area in my house. I have had the owner at my house and looking at it saying there is a lifetime warranty on the floor and when it breaks/splits just contact him to come and fix it. The floor is obviously not level in this area and the sales person and the installers both assured me that they would transition the floor so it would't break but that work never happened. The board started splitting and I contacted the owner and the story in December. Specifically, I called the store Dec 9th and 6 times since then and each time I talked to a manager and was told they would call me back with a resolution. I texted the owner April 9th, sent pictures of the damage and followed up twice from there. No response. Each time I call, managers are not available and the owner is now out of the country so now a board split in a major transition in my home.
