This company not owned by Oswald Wells, it is LLC license in Everett Wright name who suppose to be his ex-brother in-law. He has no construction license for CT, nor N.Y. and has no knowledge of laws. He is FRAUD talks a good talk, subcontract one person who works as a carpenter, rest are handymen. They will destroy your house, give you one high price then go lower if you say you not using them. Poor workmanship, leave garbage in your yard and of course Steal you money cause they cannot finish work upto code. DON'T USE HIM AT ALL FRAUD!!! YOUR HOUSE WILL FALL ON YOU AND HIS CONTRACT AND INSURANCE IS FRAUD ALSO.Review from Erin I

This company is a scam. They first gave us a quote that was $58K. I told them I was going with another company who quoted us $32K. Maxwell then said they could do the job for the $32K also. So we booked them. After they began the project the workers didn't remove the rotted wood and instead just put siding on top of it. This was against what was written in the contract so we had them redo those areas. Each day they left nails and garbage around our entire back yard. They took 2 weeks off to start work on another job and wouldn't return my calls or texts to even let us know. They left the trim and much of the siding with large visible dents. The trim wasn't bent in or sealed so there were visible sharp edges too. We had to call them back to fix and replace dented areas twice more. It's been less than a year and we have lose siding that pulls away from the house. They overcharged us too and we're still fighting with the company to be refunded for horrible work. No permits were pulled. I feel conned and disgusted with how they treated us.
