    I made reservations through ******* to stay at Comfort Suites October 12-14, 2024. Upon arrival I was asked for identification and a credit card. I Mr. K**** the desk agent if he needed the card used for the reservation. He said no, just a card for incidentals. After looking over the hotel and the room, I knew that I couldn't stay at this facility. I went back to the front desk and spoke to Mr. K**** and explained the photos viewed online did not reflect the hotel accurately. He asked if I used the room. I explained that I cleaned the bathroom, but my luggage was still on the cart and the room wasn't used. He apologized the inconvenience and provided me with the General Manager's business card (***** *****), along with the ********* customer service number. Mr. K**** stated I would be fully refunded through for *******. On Tuesday, October 15, 2024 I spoke with *******, and they confirmed with Comfort Suites that they would refund my stay. Wednesday, October 16, 2024 I noticed that on Saturday, October 12, 2024 Comfort Suites made two deductions form my checking account in the amounts of $101.51 and $334.43. i immediately called Comfort Suites, spoke with Ms. S*** explained the situation and she stated the system automatically makes the deduction on the morning of the reservation. I explained that I used a different card to make the reservation, my debit card was only provided at the time of "Check In" Ms. S*** said she needed to speak with the manager and would call me back. I received a call back within 20 minutes and was told I would be refunded for both transactions with 3-5 business days. Also, contact my financial institution. Comfort Suites should have never deducted money from my account. The card presented at check in was for incidentals only and should be refunded immediately.

    This hotel robbed me $189. I had a family emergency and had to cancel my reservation and they refused to refund me my money. They have no heart and no compassion…..
