    I purchased the Grill Daddy Brush ******* clean grill brush on 2/17/2024. Since then, the brush has been leaking water over the past several months, and even when I first bought it, the brush head was always loose and wobbly, Eventually, the plastic part above the metal brush cracked and the brush itself completely broke off. I've owned a few Grill Daddy brushes over the years and never had this problem before. I bought the brush online stating that there is a 1 year warranty and would like a replacement. I've tried calling (number not in service) and have sent an email through the Grill Daddy support website and to another email listed on the website with no response for the past weeks.

    My grill daddy leaks water. The seams on top do not come together. I have had one of these brushes in the past and it was not like this. There is a 12 month guarantee and they won't respond to my emails.

    Ordered a Grill Daddy Grill Brush from their website (buygrilldaddy***** on 02/08/2024, been trying to do a return. I go to their website and fill out the return information (Order # and Zip Code) and I get a response "NO Order Found". I also tried calling the company at their listed phone number of ###-###-#### and get told the number is no longer in service.

    4 Authentic & Original Grill Daddy Pro Safety-Clean Brush with Bristle Lock (0rder # *****) were ordered on June 8th, 2023. My credit card was charged $107.97 on that date. I did not receive the products and have contacted the Grill Daddy company numerous times by email, phone call and even text message as to where my products are with no response from anyone in the company. The product is great but their customer service is nonexistent. I have never had the need to contact the BBB before and appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks so much!

    I purchased the Grill daddy Bbq steam scrub brush on June 5th order number ***** for $39.98.When I went to use it, the product started leaking water where the seem was where they put it together. At that point I got in contact with the company and requested a new product and they proceeded to send me a new one on 7-12-23 order number *****, and when I tried using the new one it also had the same problem. I tried getting a hold of them via email and phone number stating I wanted my money back and haven't heard from them since.

    I've placed an order for 2 BBQ brushes on June 18th 2023 for the cost of $108 CAD, delivery included. A week later, no news, I contacted them to find out the status of my order. After several emails and calls, I received one email with apologies and asking me what I wished to do (wait for the delivery or cancel). I've answered that I wanted to cancel, as this was meant to be a gift and that I would buy it in my hometown (it wasn't available then, but they received some). After that, no news at all from them. I called, emailed several times, no answers anymore. 11 days later, I get a notice from UPS stating that I needed to pay import fees of $56.79. This was NEVER mentioned to me when I ordered. I do order from other business in USA and when there are import fees, it is mentioned. 1- if I accept the charges and return the items, my refund will likely be minus the delivery charges, as stated on their website. 2- If I don't accept the package, same problem. It will be return and I'll be reimbursed an insignificant amount My last email to them was to ask that they reimburse me at least half or my order for all the trouble and the extra costs.

    Grill Daddy sent holiday emails advertising a free replacement brush (head) with any order. I went to their website which stated the same so I placed an order and never received the free brush head. After contacting them via email to let them know, I was told that the order I placed didn't qualify for a free replacement brush (head). This is misleading and deceptive to the consumer as both their emails and website stated a free brush head would be included with ANY order.

    I purchased a grill daddy steam brush for my husband for Father’s Day. The first time we used it we noticed water leaking through the seam in the handle. I attempted to contact the company and have received no response. I also left a review for the product and received no response. I attempted to reach out via twitter and received no response. I’d line my product replaced with one that is not defective.

    I have a Grill Daddy Pro & an Original. The valve on the 4 year old Pro does not shut off completely & it leaks. The new Original leaked from the body the first time. They drip from the kitchen sink to the grill and then leak out on the deck . Grill Daddy does not answer either their phone or emails. Michael W**** sends s****/ad emails. He said a new Original was being sent, but it never arrived. Their Lifetime Warranty should cover both.
