ordered a size 9 ring. Received a size 8 ring. Showed proof it was the wrong size per their request then they said no refund/exchange but offered me 30% off a future purchase.

We apologize for any misunderstanding. We as a courtesy have refunded your item to you. This item is stocked only up to size 9 and therefore we were not able to send a larger size. This item consists of 3 rings all of the same size. When shown on the ring sizer the first in the stack shows size 9 and the other 2 rings sit on top of the first which when stacked as such make it appear as if the other rings are smaller. To get a true size each ring needs to be placed on the measuring tool individually. Our apologies for not having explained this to you prior.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Reached out to the company based on bad reviews BEFORE I ordered. They assured me this was a legit company. Took a chance and ordered. Paid priority shipping. Item arrived priority but damaged it’s completely scratched. They reached out to my email and said they will replace it free of charge with a pre paid shipping label for the original. I reminded them I paid priority shipping so I have it in time for Christmas and hoping the replacement will be sent the same way. Then they told me the item is actually sold out and offered two options 1: full refund and still ship the item back leaving me with no gift to give or option 2 : send it back and they will fix it for free but no guarantee before Christmas. I purchased the **** bracelet with one birthstone. I wished I had ordered this bracelet with 3 stones. The stones are not the size in the pictures. The stones are very very small, which was a disappointment. The string piece is just ok. I hope it doesn’t break. The string looks much longer on their website, then what you actually receive. If you have a thick wrist do not purchase this unless they offer different sizes. I did pay for overnight shipping and it did arrive on time. Do not pay full price for anything on this site. The pictures that they have on their web site are very very misleading. I wouldn’t even pay $40 of $50 for something. I wish the stones would have been as big as they looked on their website.Review from Alli P

They have very deceptive business practices. I ordered a product and asked to cancel as I am a college student who had some unforeseen financial issues. They specifically waited an hour after they shipped my order to reply and tell me there is nothing they can do. I am very upset as I tried to catch the issue and they specifically waited until after the shipped to answer.Review from Bern M

Ordered the Birthstone locket. Huge disappointment. The gem are sooo tiny you can not see them in the locket. Was a gift for my daughter in law and I feel terrible. One even fell out of the design while looking at it. And my other ordered is now 5 days late and still waiting on it. No Christmas presents for 3 of my family members. We contacted the customer and offered to send larger gems for the locket. Customer agreed. Order set up for the items at no additional cost to the customer. According to our records all orders were received in the correctly allotted time frame.Review from Winston R

We bought the monogrammed Sterling silver ID bracelet for our 8 year old son. The item is beautiful from Italy and well made with a sturdy clasp. But what impressed me was the unusual, personal service. The staff was helpful and prompt. I expected problems when contacting them for help with an item. But they furnished excellent service. I am surprised by the negative reviews. I have had an extremely positive experience with this company. The items I ordered were very high quality and shipped quickly. Horrible company and they only care about your money and getting it from your wallet. I ordered a product and needed to change the shipping address. I emailed them through their customer service and made the change request 5 minutes after ordering. 12 hours later I got an email saying it was out of their control and there was nothing they can do. Rather than offer a refund all they did was apologize and tell me to take it up with USPS. End result they took my money, they took my order and then they told me I was on my own. I won’t receive any products from them , they are overly aware and they just don’t care. Buyer beware, just let this company run itself into the ground rather than donate to their sham operation.EvesAddiction.com Response

They LITERALLY SAVED THE DAY for my 4 young grandchildren who wanted a Mother’s Day ring for their mom on Mother’s Day. After another company PROMISED they could deliver by then (5 weeks ago), they couldn’t. I literally ordered this ring on Tuesday before Mothers Day and got it the next day! It’s perfect, prettier than the other one, and better quality.
