            For weeks these people have been harrassig me. I had scheduled a tour of the gym and could not make it due to work. I unsubscribed on their website from receiving texts, calls and emails, yet continued to receive emals, phone calls and texts about joing this gym. Everyday they seem to have a new "deal" or promotion and it's my "last chance" to get the deal (clearly this is predatory). After continuing to receive call and texts and emails, I called the business directly to remove me from their list. Within a matter of minutes an employee/member of the gym called me from a number I am unfamiliar with and said "yo It's time we fight". I hung up and texted the number that I did not know them assumimg they had the wrong number. I immediately recieved a response (I included this conversation in my complaint, the image I have sent). The response included calling me a ****** and telling not me to "*** **** with edge Fitness". I am fearful for my safety and am also going to call my local authorities regarding this matter. Please do something.

            The Edge Fitness Clubs appreciates ******* bringing this matter to our attention.  We are sorry that you were a victim of such egregious behavior.  After a thorough internal investigation, we could not find an employee working at The Edge with the phone number you provided regarding this incident nor did we uncover any other information from our staff interviews.  Please be assured that your personal information is no longer on file with our organization and we wish you peace and good health.

            I am rejecting this response because based on further discussions with the business Manger it was clear that they did not take this matter seriously nor did they intend to investigate who was threatening me at their facility. The Manager denied that my complaint was valid and said no one at their gym could have done this, which is laughable and just a flat out lie. :
