Less than a year later part of our fence wasn’t secured down properly and our door wouldn’t latch any more, this became a safety concern as my young children play in our backyard and the door would just swing open with a small gust of wind. We called around may 9th and the owner came out to take a look and let us know he’d send someone out in a few weeks to repair it for us. That was fine with us, we weren’t in a rush to have it fixed we just wanted to make sure it would get done. So my husband let a few weeks pass before calling the week of JUNE 3rd to see if there was any type of estimate as to when they would be coming by. My husband was told a day before fence appeal would come out “after 8 sometime” well being business owners ourselves with booked jobs we couldn’t just sit around from 8 am until whenever so my husband called morning of after 8 to get a rough ETA so we could plan our day better. We were met with a very rude and disrespectful response from the owner “well you were told today we would be there so you need to wait” my husband was very respectful and just wanted to know a rough ETA and the owner was entirely rude for no reason . My husband let him know the person in office said “after 8” and the owner responded “well that’s not true our guys don’t even get in until after 8 so I know he wouldn’t have said that ” Through this whole interaction my husband was calm and even asked if he was having an off morning and the owner proceeded to say “I am now when your calling to bother about an ETA when we already told you we would be there today” I am completely mind blown at how RUDE this whole interaction was as I sat there with my jaw to the floor. .My husband through the entire interaction was calm and respectful and he didn’t deserve to be met with such rude and disrespectful responses after YOUR company made a mistake that made our fence doors unusable and the support beam for the gate wobbly.
