Had brakes and rotors done here on 11/24/23. Had trouble with my car immediately after this installation of new front and back brakes and rotors. Made a strange noise that was loud and off. Went back to Falbo’s in December, they said everything was fine when Cole drove in the car with me to listen to the sound. Issues with the car continued, finally got an appointment with my ******* dealer in March who told me whoever did the brake job last (obviously Falbos) failed to inspect everything properly and did not tighten the bolts on the front caliper. This caused significant damage to my rim from the rubbing of the loose caliper. So far it has cost me $564.72 for ******* to fix. I still need a new rim and tire alignment and balance once I purchase the new rims. Falbo’s can refund me in the next 5-7 business days with a check sent to me or a credit back to my debit card. I already contacted my bank to discuss the issue and the $1336.27 charge. If I am not credited or written a check in 5-7 business days I will continue a dispute of the charge with my bank showing proof they didn’t complete a proper installation. Not sure who did this brake and rotor job, but I hope Falbos doesn’t have them working there any longer.

Next morning stopped in get something from my vehicle at 10:15 am and were just getting started work on it , 1 pm I received text with bill and vehicle done ( 3 hrs ) for $1679.58. I was in shock . Was billed 5 hrs labor only took 3 hrs. also billed $147 for safety inspection did not request or need , also same thing for backflush coolant for $179. 80% of coolant is removed when removing these 2 items in coolant system. Also I looked on internet for my parts and coiuld not find anything more expensive then the quotes I was given. Approximately 4 days after get my vehicle back I started to get low tire pressure indicator lite on my dash , found " 3 out of 4 " tires with low pressure. This was something that said was done in the " Safety Inspection for $147 ". If they will be dis- honest about something that minor how can they be trusted on an important issue on my vehicle. I understand business's need to make money , but what this establishment is doing is uncalled for !

On October 31, 2022, I dropped off my car for an engine valve cover gasket. November 1, 2022, Kol, the owner informs me I need my spark plugs replaced as well. I offer to go buy the parts myself and he says I will only be saving "$1 or 2" for the parts if I buy them myself. The prices of the parts change due to his vendors. He says he bought the original parts from the dealer. He said he would provide me with the receipts and he does not. I inquire about the exact prices from the locations he claims he went to and every item was quoted for a significantly lower amount than he charged me. He says he charged me the exact process he aid for the parts, which is a complete lie. I have receipts to prove this. He was demeaning and disrespectful towards me as well. I would like a refund for the overcharged amounts. The labor and cleaning fees he charged me were bogus as well. I was charged $275 for spark plug replacements when the invoice describes a full tune-up of the car which was not done. A $180 cleaning fee was also charged, this is something that should be included in the labor price. He did not even mention the cleaning fee to me initially. After all of this, steam and smoke is still coming from underneath my hood,
