My parents recently passed (July '22/ Dec '22), whom own the property on ** *** **** ****, We have received "4" letters to date stating He (Luke F******), is interested and ready to purchase the property. Mind You, the property is not listed for sale, nor are we thinking of even selling it at this time. I called the number listed on the letter to kindly ask Mr.F****** to STOP harrassing us (###-###-####), and each time an answering service answers, and requests my phone number, which I am NOT about to disclose for fear of further disturbances. I asked for the office manager when Mr. F****** was not available, and the answering service could not furnish me that information.... We find this type of marketing is inconsiderate and rude. We very much appreciate BBB help in resolving this matter for ourselves, and for others that might also be grieving and not want to deal with such money hungry inconsiderate people. Attached is a copy of one of the noted letters received. Yours truly, ******** **********

    Business response

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and we are most certainly very sorry for the loss of their family members. We do not tolerate or take part in any predatory marketing practices and have also confirmed that the name and address of this property have been placed on our internal do not call and do not mail list. Our mailing house pre-writes approximately 4 letters for each address at once. We do our absolute best to remove future mailings but we cannot guarantee all of the set of 4 letters per contact get pulled from the mailing because of the process.  Please be assured we will not market to this homeowner any further and we are always here if they need our services.
