    Do not buy from JBL they will scam you. We bought a speaker from them directly *** delivered it to the wrong address with a photo proof of the house it was delivered to. We provided JBL with that photo and a photo of our house with our address that’s on our mail box and they denied our claim and stated that the photo from *** was proof that it was delivered. And they won’t escalate it to management.

    On 12 June I had ordered a headset from JBL (Harman Kardin). I have yet to receive the product that I purchased. HK took the money from account immediately. According to my tracking number the item shipped. But apparently sitting in ******** ***** ** USPS since 14 June As of today its still sitting there. I have asked for a refund on the product or get me my paid for item. I am starting to wonder if the item even shipped, or is it real, and was I just scammed by JBL. I have emailed HK: ****************** at ********** and the support that i get is just be patient. I have emailed the **** ************ ** ********* ********* ** ************** *** *** ****. I also email the **** ******* ** ************ as well as adding on some politicians. As big as a pain as this is I will keep asking and requesting. This is totally unacceptable. I will keep elevating until I get either my money back or the product. *** ***** unfortunately has turned in to a black hole.

    I have contact JBL/Harman customer service about a defective sound bar I purchased. It is under warranty and the sound bar was sent back to JBL/Harman for a new replacement. I was contacted by a customer service representative the day my defective soundbar arrived to their warehouse. I was told my new sound at would ship with 24 to 48 hours. It is now going on 2 weeks and I still do not have my replacement. I have contacted customer service everyday to see what the status is and I get the same response every time. Never have I delt with such unprofessional people in my life. I would love a high level person or corporate to contact me.to resolve this issue.

    I bought 2 jbl stage a120p sub woofer 18 months ago one whent bad I asked for help they send me to their repair center and they want me to ship the speaker for repair and it would cost me way more than the speaker is worth, I asked if they can sell me the back panel and I would replace it but they refuse to do that to I'm very disappointed with the way jbl and their associates are handling the matter is as I can only spend more money to fix it or buy a new one jbl get a no star I won't recommend any one to purchase from them cause they would not help you at all buy a different product stay away from jbl.

    Hello I am writing to express serious concerns over the questionable business practices of Harmon/Infinity in relation to a faulty speaker system they knowingly released into the market. My investigations and personal experiences suggest that Harmon/Infinity were fully aware of significant engineering flaws in their product yet chose to proceed with its distribution. This is not only a gross violation of trust and ethical business practices, but it also raises potential legal issues under consumer protection laws. The cost of this fault has been unjustly transferred to the consumer, a move that is blatantly unfair and may breach various consumer rights. The decision to pass on the financial burden of product failure to the unsuspecting consumer is deeply troubling, particularly when the manufacturer had prior knowledge of the issue. I am therefore seeking your support in publicizing this issue. It is crucial for the public to be aware of Harmon/Infinity's practices, and to hold them accountable for their unethical behavior. Such exposure will not only protect consumers but also uphold standards of integrity within the industry. Thank you for your attention to this matter.     The company has discriminating policies for shipping to Puerto Rico, a US territory using dollars has currency where the people are US citizens. They don't ship to Puerto Rico even though all recognized shipping companies provide service including the US post office. No explanations provided about the practice.

    I’ve ordered a pair of JBL headphones & never came. I contacted them for a refund & they denied it, saying it was delivered but it was never delivered . I then contacted my bank but they did not do anything as well .

    I purchase the Extreme 2 JBL bluetooth speaker. Within just a couple months the charge wire quit charging the battery they did replace it and it failed Within another month or two. I have electronic experience so I took it apart and JBL runs a bare wire next to a insulated wire which will break with almost any movement. It's been cold outside so the insulation failed on The Wire and caused a short to ground. This is a fire issue I notified JBL they refuse to replace the charger I sent them pictures showing this horrible engineer disaster. I wanted the wire replaced but I know it will fail again within a couple months. This is horrible to do to customers knowing this will not last or could cause a fire. Thank you so very much *****

    My company purchased the JBL Live Pro 2 earbuds for me to support my work. Initially I was pleased with the product but after a few weeks of gentle use, one earbud stopped producing sound despite charging properly. I initiated an exchange under warranty and received an email saying that the black earbuds were out of stock, but they would be sending silver...what arrived was not silver but "rose" (Barbie pink). This color is not acceptable for my office environment and I would have let Harmon know that rose wasn't a suitable swap had they notified me properly. Instead, because Harmon assumed that they could mislead their female customers and offload their trashy pink earbuds, I am stuck in a return process that will likely drag on for several more weeks.

    I have been waiting for my replacement speaker for 6 months. I have been given a lot of empty promises and insincere apologies. Every time I contact them they say they are sending out a replacement because whichever one they promised last is no longer in stock. This keeps changing of course. They have taken me for a $400 ride down their crooked path.
