    I recently had a troubling experience with Love Sac that has left me very disappointed. My wife and I moved and were in search of affordable furniture that would provide comfort for my back. After visiting multiple stores, we finally came across a Love Sac location where we were informed about a promotion for a new chair bundle. The sales associate assured us that we could secure a flat rate of $50 a month, which seemed like an incredible deal compared to other couch payment plans that ranged from $75 to $150. We were told the chair would arrive within 2-3 weeks, and the frame would follow in about a month. This all sounded perfect, so we signed off. However, nearly two months later, we still hadn't received the frame. When I reached out for an update, I was informed that the sales associate had been mistaken. They now estimated that we wouldn't see the frame until at least November 11th, with the possibility of further delays. Throughout this time, we were charged $50 for a product we hadn't fully received. To make matters worse, my next bill reflected a shocking increase from the promised $50 to $140 a month—almost triple the initial agreement. I've tried to contact Love Sac for clarification and assistance, but their customer service has been frustratingly unresponsive. Overall, my experience with Love Sac has been a nightmare. It feels as though they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction, and I'm left feeling undervalued as a customer. I had hoped for a positive experience but instead feel let down by the lack of accountability and support.

    I think they take advantage of people with clever marketing. The concept is great. The product sucks for the price and the customer service sucks more. i’ve had the sectional for weeks, ordered three different coverings, and still don’t have a complete set of any covering. In fact, out of the three colors I ordered I couldn’t put a complete set together that would fit everything. I have the crap sitting in my living room and it looks like I’m moving out rather than living there. Think I’ve ever seen so many negative reviews on a company. I wasn’t smart enough to do the research. I just went out and spent over $7000 for a bunch of crap; complete crap.

    Lovesac credit card is ridiculous. I apply for the card, was approved but did not use it and they closed it without an email or ANY type of communication!! It hit my credit score for applying and 13 months later hit my credit score again for THEM closing it!!! I found out through Credit Karma!!! Called them to ask why..because of “inactivity” and that I would have to reapply for another card!!! Lmbo so it can hit my credit score a 3rd time!!! This is ridiculous! Consumers definitely getting screwed on this????????..overpriced furniture anyways??????do not get their credit card!!

    This company does not support current customers. If you order new inserts you will be ignored. It's been almost 4 months. Don't waste your money with these scammers.

    The Pillowsac with frame doesn’t perform as the photo shows. Terrible for anyone with mobility challenges, pain or arthritis.literally can’t get out of it and you slide out onto the floor. Trying to return it during the 60 day return period- customer must shrink the inserts and jam them back into the extremely tight duffel bags they came in. They will not take them back any other way. I cannot physically do this and injured myself taking them out and assembling them after the delivery person left them outside in the elements nowhere near my door with covered porch. So far their best advice is to try to find a friend to do this for me. There is a local store but no option to take it there for help. I am disabled and apparently lovesac cares more about the accessibility of their website than they do their return policy. I have surgery scheduled in a few weeks and it will take that long to get the labels, so I guess I am out $2500. They need to be upfront about the physicality of assembly and disassembly of this product and that they don’t really honor their 60 day guarantee unless you are young and healthy. Extremely disappointed and feeling like a disability attorney should get involved.

    If you’re going to spend top dollar for a high end product, you deserve quality service, communication & honesty. You will get none of those things from Lovesac. We ordered a “Sactional” with the Stealth Technology (surround sound system) under the promise that the entire unit would be delivered within 1 - 2 weeks. Two weeks later I followed up to inquire about the status of my deliver and I was told that a few items (sub woofer and center channel) were on back order for 2 - 4 weeks which was delaying my shipment. I requested them to ship the couch separately so we would have something to sit on while we wait for the surround sound to be delivered. 4 weeks after ordering, we finally received our first delivery, but it was incomplete. Not only did it not include the surround sound, but there were two additional boxes missing. So now we have a couch with no arm rests. To make matters worse, we are now being told that it will take 20 - 22 weeks (5+ months) to deliver the center channel, so our entire surround sound system is completely worthless. Had they been honest and told us about the shipping delay at the showroom, we never would have purchased this couch. They offer a 60 day money back guarantee, but what they fail to mention is that after you spend 12 laborious hours assembling this thing, you won’t have the energy to even consider returning it. On the bright side, the couch is beautiful. I just wish I didn’t fall for such an expensive bait & switch. Worse purchase I’ve ever made. Don’t make the same mistake I did. It’s not worth it.

    My husband and I went to one of their stores on June 6th to purchase a SECOND LoveSac couch for our new home. They told us at the store they have a week to 2 week lead time before the order ships, and sometimes they can do it faster. We specifically chose a "quick ship" fabric to ensure we would get our couch. A few days shy of 2 weeks (and seeing our order status stuck in "processing") we called the store. They informed us the fabric is now on back order and can take 6 to 8 weeks to ship. We were never contacted by the store, the warehouse, or anyone from LoveSac to inform us of this massive change in delivery time. We are so frustrated! The store manager could offer us NOTHING to make this right other than for us to try to choose another fabric. If we wanted another fabric, we would have chosen it at the store. LoveSac has ZERO customer service. They talk a big game at the stores, but that's it. After that, they couldn't care less. And based on these other negative reviews, it is obvious they don't care about their customers. By the way, I cancelled the order. They lost a customer for life. I'm trying to find a way to contact their corporate office....so far there's no way to reach a highlevel manager or someone who really cares (assuming that person exists).

    It’s the most expensive furniture I’ve ever put together. Makes IKEA look simple. You would think when you spend $5000+ on a couch that you would have the option of having someone assemble it for you. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I had 18 boxes arrive at my house, and it took well over four hours to assemble the couch. I’m hoping that when I actually get to sit on it, it will make all of it worth it. But right now I’m not sure that I won’t regret this purchase….

    Couch is great! The board/coffee table that you can purchase with the couch is extremely poor quality however. Within the first several months of owning the couch, the wood piece became distressed, rather quickly. I use coasters, but that was no help. I’ve had to touch up/refinish my board many times since I’ve purchased the couch. While I feel the couch has great quality, I feel the wood pieces are of poor quality. I contacted the company, but they said unfortunately, their accessories have no warranties.

    Have tried to add on to the current setup multiple times. You can't get the same product again. Covers are different colors, seats are different sizes. I can't purchase online or in store. Absolutely worst purchase ever. Don't do it because you'll never be able to build on it or get the same thing again. Absolutely horrible and there's no one you can speak w. I tried to purchase $1800 worth of expansion but that's small change for any service. Don't do it. Just don't
