My truck (** plate *** ***) has needlessly been sitting there for months due to the fact they fraudulently charged my over $700 for a day or two after a simple tow when the state sets strict guidelines for tow rates that I came to find out later on even after they tried one ** explanation after another knowing full well they were in the wrong. They wouldn't let me get my stuff without trying to force extra money out of me instead of apologizing and trying to make it right.

            Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I am actually trying to help them as this is an open and shut lawsuit in which I can show financial damages exceeding $2000 due to their attempt to defraud me out of over $600 on top of the actual fee limit set by the state for simple tow which the state has extremely simple and clear guidelines. They've probably been doing this forever and there's a good chance they could be subject to a huge class action lawsuit for all the other people they've scammed. They extorted me to take down honest reviews so that I could get my property and my perceived reciprocated extortion is more of an olive branch to avoid all that for them as my main concern is whether the vehicle can be assessed and fixed for under the amount I can easily sue them for so rather than add extra travel and tow expenses I can simply collect and drive my vehicle and we can all put this behind us and go about our business which is the simpler and more mutually beneficial option. They'd be wise to consider this and speak with attorney if they think they have any chance otherwise. I'm literally giving them the option to continue scamming everyone but me or have a judge penalize them and allow for the option of all their past victims to equally submit for retribution.

            Sincerely,

            ****** ******

This customer had been given ample opportunity weeks ago to come get his vehicle free of charge and has chosen not to do so.  The email below was the latest correspondence in writing from 10/13/22 advising him again to get it towed out of here. We have been MORE than accommodating to him despite his harassment and extortion attempts of our business.

"Been trying to call you to see when you’re sending *** for your car as you told me when you were here.

As we discussed, there are no more charges due but you need to pick up your car here as we have been storing it for free.

I also advised you that we cannot fix your car we don’t do that type of work here.

Lastly I don’t appreciate you trying to extort me to tow  your car and repair it for free.

            Good day,"
