    PB stands alone as the worst provider of customer service that I've ever encountered in all my business dealings.They have constructed a myriad systems of tunnels and barriers in support issues that leave one crying for a human voice.I don't know how they can get such a high rating from the BBB.My advice "go elsewhere" for a postage system. *****

    The worst customer service and customer support of any company I've ever dealt with. I'm going to close my office the end of January and contacted PB support on 1/8/2025 to start the process. I have a month-to-month contract and told them I wanted to end it as of 1/31/2025. Then without talking to me they notified me on 1/16/2025 that they had terminated my contract, refunded the unused portion of my rental, and refunded unused postage. After spending almost an hour on the phone with their support people the final answer was "sorry but we can't do anything to reactivate your meter." Aside from the fact that it's almost impossible to speak to a live person (go through sales), once you do they aren't helpful. They open a case, send you an email then close the case in a few days without any further contact or resolution for the problem.

    This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. Their "support" telephone line simply hangs up on you and tells you to put in a ticket online. Then you put in a ticket and they CLOSE it without even checking to ensure the issue was resolved. I have spent 2 months going back and forth with their bots on the messaging service on their site (seemingly the only way to communicate with them) and they keep saying the SAME thing over and over and not resolving the issue. Lately, they decided they aren't taking debit cards for payment anymore, and so our autopay didn't come out properly. When I went in to add a bank account (because the company doesn't have a credit card) their PLAID verification errors out. So there is no way to resolve the unpaid account, and the whole system shut down. Any reason why it's taken 2 MONTHS for them to help me? It has delayed my company's ability to process mail and the individual working on this task with them is fed up and rightfully frustrated. They've been wasting their time and we are paying them to do it. They won't speak to you on the phone and all other methods they provide seem to be absolutely inept. If I didn't have to, I would absolutely never use this service. Still looking for a competitor.

    Horrible customer service. I have spent HOURS trying to resolve issues. No assigned account reps. No published phone numbers to call. If you can find one, they refer you to the website and hang up on you. They close cases submitted through the web without resolution. You ask them to call you and they ignore your request. You ask them for a transcript of your chat conversation and they end the chat session. Absolutely horrible.

    Horrible customer service - time suck to even attempt resolving any issues, which are frequent. Chat bot adds to the frustration and takes too long to get to a real person. Cannot get to a live person through their phone system. After closing the account, they will not send me a final statement showing my last payment and their reversal of a charge and the balance zero. You get excuses and misinformation about system limitations. The fees to close, EVEN WHEN YOUR LEASE HAS ENDED and you have returned the machine, are a ridiculous money grab. Completely NOT WORTH IT for a small business.

    Their Costumer service call line is a waste of time. It is an automotive system that does not allow you to be transferred to a representative at all. You end up wasting 4-6 minutes answering all the questions to be directed to the correct department just for it to state the company website and then it hangs up. This system needs to be fixed or rectified. No one wants to dispute bills or ask for technical support through a chat room.

    You cannot talk to a human. Their website doesn't work. They are charging me twice for the same invoice plus late fees. The payment is clearly listed under payment history ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE. Just ridiculous, looking into other options to replace them.

    Terrible intermediary assistance. I was hung up on by "Tin" after they deemed my issue none of theyre concern. Chat bot was painful getting to an actual person and then I was dropped. I have a very expensive package that has no updated shipping for more than 2 weeks and this is appalling. With an average review of 1 (and I know people cant go lower) eBay needs to find a new provider.

    Pitney Bowes continuously sends messages about subscription payment failing even though the payment is correct in the account. If I'm able to purchase postage with the same card, the subscription should go through. There is no customer service. It's a virtual assistant that doesn't allow contact with a person. Same thing if you call. Avoid at all costs and support the *****
