            I contacted Sandoval Pool company in May 2022. We tried to get in touch with them in early June to schedule the pool opening for June 6 or June 10 and they did not reply. Eventually we reached them and agreed for them to start service with a June 23 date for pool opening. We selected the option for weekly cleaning with chemicals for $150. They first serviced the pool on June 10. They did not complete several of the items they have billed us for, such as vacuuming the pool. They never vacuumed the pool - there were lots of leaves at the bottom of the pool. They did not reply to calls or texts. Pool water was still cloudy and unusable in early July so I emailed and called them on July 6 terminating their services. They did not respond. We switched to a different provider who quickly got the pool cleaned and opened. Sandoval again sent a team to our house (now Trespassing) on July 12 and left a note that the water was cloudy, which was not true - I have photos of the pool from this date as it was now under a different service provider. We are prepared to pay a nominal amount for materials and skimming. They delayed our pool opening by a month with their poor service, and they mis-represented the state of the pool. They mis-represented their efforts to clean the pool - they never vacuumed it, and we question the amount of chemicals that they used. Furthermore, in the invoices they have sent to us they charged us $120 for cleaning and then chemicals are billed separately. This is not the services we agreed to. Any invoices for work performed after July 6 are truly fraud, as well as trespassing.
