            On May 25, 2024 Mr. Bertola (plumber) came to our house to fix two plumbing situations . One bathroom faucet was continually leaking (could not be shut off) - underneath shut off value could not be turned off (broken). Another bathroom faucet would leak when turned on. After working on both situations he told us both items were fixed - gave us a written bill in the amount of $160.00, which my daughter promptly issued a check and gave to Mr. Bertola. Later in the day we discovered that the continually leaking faucet was leaking worst. We called Mr. Bertola and he stated he would come back and repair problem, he had to order some parts. We have called , several times, but to this day 6/26/24 have never had reply nor seen Mr. Bertola. Check was cashed 5/29/23.

            This is nothing more than an oversight and I do apologize. It was not intentional. In my defense I did call twice to try and come back and fix the leak.  Then I went on vacation for a week being this just happened  2 weeks ago. This is not my normal practice and I have over 500 positive 5 star reviews on ****** that proves my work ethic. Regardless as I stated this was just an oversight and as soon as I am done writing this response I will be calling the customer back to rectify this situation.

            It is not necessary for Mr. Bertola to call us.  After a month with no reply to our calls, and the leak continuing to increase, we contacted

            a new plumber who came out quickly and corrected the situation.  There is no more need of Mr. Bertola.
