Mohegan Sun discriminate against disabled Veterans with their VIP lounge policy. They do not allow patrons who are confined to wheelchairs or scooters. The hosts there are rude and disrespectful.Review from Aaron P.

Buyer beware regarding Greg White Comic Books, operated by Greg who does comic book shows in CT, ** and possibly other locations as well, as he is very dishonest and lied to me to make a sale. I attended Terrificon with my family this summer at Mohegan Sun in CT and purchased 3 comic books from Greg, including one that was over $500. Before purchasing the pricey book, I explicitly asked if the book was complete, meaning no missing pieces or cut coupons that would make the book incomplete and significantly drop the grade and value. Greg told me yes, the book is complete and any significant defects were noted on the back of the backing board, of which there were no defects noted. I then purchased the book after asking if it was complete and as it was advertised to be in the Very Good grade range. I sat down at home to read the books 2 days later and to my surprise the book was incomplete, after I asked and was told yes. Greg said at the show that he looks through most of his books. Most was the word he used. I reached out and asked for resolution as the book was advertised to be complete and the grade written on the backer board was NOT consistent with an incomplete book. Greg immediately questioned my character and stated the book wasn’t his. The story then changed in that he stated he looks thru all pre 1980 books. He would not refund my money. He then changed his story again and stated he had looked thru this book twice before putting it up for sale. He then offered to replace the book for a different book of my choosing of a wish list provided by me. After providing the list all communication stopped. He did not honor his word and did not respond after I provided a list for a replacement book of similar value. Was at the show with my family and trying to get my kids into the hobby. This was a very disheartening experience when I was lied to in order to make a sale, then had my character questioned, and finally issued false promises to replace the book.Review from Donald M

I think Im glad I read the Customer reviews first. I just signed up for this casino but I always read the customer reviews before I put money on. I have yet to find a good review about this casino. 90% of these online casinos take 100% advantage of people who don't know better. They pray on people being gullible. Its a shame this is the world we live in today., Why ** lets a large part of these casinos get away with this is baffling.. This country is a freaking joke to other countries.. Doesn’t matter though, these jokers we have running for president are going to us all killed. This is a country of wolf & sheep.Review from Brooke G

They treat people terribly! They don’t accommodate people after their mistakes! I waited a year and called non-stop just to find out they denied me activation 10 months after I originally signed up because of my phone number that I attempted to update and they still wouldn’t re-run my phone number to accommodate me! I told them they were treating me unfairly and the supervisor Akmad laughed. I asked for the denial and transcript of my conversations with them! We’ll see if they send it!Mohegan Sun Response

Worst Customer Service EVER!!! Johnathan C and Nadia G are the most Incompetent, I'll Prepared, Ignorant, Lazy, **** Customer Service Ppl EVER!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!! And God Forbid one of those two Idiots trys to help ya....you'd be better off eating a bullet. Maybe Mohegan Sun should start DRUG TESTING THEIR EMPLOYEES!!!! I feel like this online casino is a rip off as well as there global payment ACH system! It’s so easy for them to take your money and impossible to withdraw it! You can’t even use the same method to withdraw that you used to deposit with. The app does not work at all my money is just sitting there and customer service suck !!!! This is the worst casino app !!!! They don’t try to resolve anything! I tried every method they told me to do and I still can’t take my money off. Even when you try with the play+ method that doesn’t even work it’s like a scam when you click on the link to withdraw to play + it’s an error saying page doesn’t exist ! All i asked was for them to refund my deposit because as they can see the app is useless it doesn’t load the games or anything the only thing this app does right is take your deposit by any means necessary!!!!Review from Patrick N

Don’t walk away from the roulette table with your chips. I played at the table and they gave me chips in $5 denominations, I walk away from the table and go to cash in the chips and they are worth $1 each. The gaming commission staff let me know that it is Mohegan Sun Company policy that they consider any roulette chips $1 when you leave the table. Check the cameras last night at about 11pm table with the red x chips. The value of my money evaporated. An explanation up front or a sign at the table would be nice to let people know to cash their chips before leaving the table. Really ruined the experience.Review from David D

I've tried calling Mohegan Casino in the past and had difficulty getting through sometimes, but tonight's experience was horrible. Altogether, i called three numbers and spent nearly 2 hours on hold without an answer. I started around 9:30 pm, using the number i had in my phone, but waited with aggravating voicemail music & messages. This is NOT a 9-5 business, so 9:30 pm is not very late for someone there to answer the phone. I then tried a second number, from their website, with the same aggravating voicemal music & messages. I then tried the phone number their website said to use for an "immediate response"... and waited for AN HOUR AND A HALF (!!), and STILL no answer... and STILL listening to the same voicemail messages & music. Their message ratlles on about using their website (which isn't what i need), and then says since no one's available, i'm being put back in the [phone] queue... which suggests to me that i'm going back to the end of the line? I used to frequent them 19-14 years ago, given them a lot of my money, and then took a long hiatus... returning early this year, and giving them more money. But i'll tell you... for a casino that made over $1 billion in 2018, they've gone downhill in a number of ways since years ago. Very disappointing.Review from Linda S

I have been calling for 3 weeks and no one answers the phone. provided call back number and no one returns the call. OK hotel managers try this yourself. It is so frustrating.Do you have any help at all at hotel? I have been booking a block of 6 rooms for a convention and a girl named Haley called me back once and left a message, since no response. I wonder what happens to people in the hotel who call the front desk? What is going on at Mohegan Sun? Let's try Mohegan to make this a good experience for my crew.I do not see you responding to your customers. Had to leave one star because there is nothing lower.
