    I ordered from this company and they took the money and canceled my order without a refund or an explanation of why. They changed there policy after order was made and that is illegal.

    Clutch cards took preorders for the pokemon paldean fates set. When the time came to ship out the orders they cancelled them and sent out an email saying they can't guarantee refunds. This is messed up that this company thinks they can steal people's money. If it happened to me it happened to more people.

    Clutch cards took $369 for a preorder of ******* cards for my step son. They didn't reply to anything I asked until sending an abrupt ema stating that they cancelled the order and we're keeping the money for themselves.

    I ordered a ******* ******* ***** pre release bundle that was $314 in November. Cards were supposed to be delivered weeks ago but nothing and cant get anyone at the site to answer and they have kept the money and say having financial issues beyond their control. No you have been running a ***** ****** and buying product with new order money and have finally decided to do the big screw of public by getting as much money as possible from popularity of ******* and One Piece and then closing shop. Cancel my order and give me my money back. I bought this for my two kids. We are not wealthy people. Please return money as I will pursue legal action as this is theft plain and simple. I will take this down if I receive my money back.

    Paid $495 back on 11/17/23 for a pre order to be released in February. They sent an email cancelling the order and said that they are keeping my money. It appears they keep blaming it on financial hardships as I’m not the only one this has happened to. This company is a scam.

Business tried to resolve: no, just a cancellation on the order and now can’t refund me.

    I ordered a set of cards for pre-release several months ago. They were supposed to have been sent already and I hadn't heard anything from Clutch Cards LLC. This has happened before, and there weren't any issues fulfilling the order so I decided to give them some time as I'm sure they had a lot of orders to fulfill. They emailed me this morning stating that not only were they cancelling my order, but they would not be refunding me either. They are, therefore, not providing goods or services in exchange for cash. Meaning they are either stealing this money from me as that was not the agreement, or they should be able to issue a full refund as clearly my money did not pay for the agreed product. Customer service has responded here before saying it's a hard time for the LLC, but that should not matter to customers who have already paid you to fulfill an order as agreed upon.

    In roughly October of 2023 I pre ordered several packs of *** ***** trading cards totalling $328 (ORDER #***** & ORDER #*****). I've been waiting patiently.. Today, (Feb 7, 2024) I receive emails that both orders have been canceled but I will NOT be receiving a refund. Specially the email stated they "unable to issue refunds due to severe financial restrictions." And further that "we cannot currently commit to a timeline or guarantee for refund." As a consumer this is simply unacceptable and I have contacted them stating such and requesting a refund ASAP.

Not refund my order due to financial difficulties. Business try to resolve issue : no they have ignored my emails and comments and direct messages I leave on their ********* picture posts and messages Order number : ORDER #***** I really hope you guys over at the BBB can help me get my refund and or help get proof for us as unfortunate customers being scammed by this company if we were able to set up a civil lawsuit against them thank you guys for all your work thanks!
