Dear Better Business Bureau, I am filing a formal complaint against Berkshire Hathaway regarding their handling of my property listing and unauthorized actions taken by their office. Despite providing clear written instructions via email and verbally over the phone to remove my property listing from the market, the company failed to comply with my request. I have proof of my written request and their inaction. This failure to honor my explicit instructions constitutes a violation of my rights as the property owner. Furthermore, I have evidence of illegal showings conducted by their office. These showings were carried out without my consent, despite my explicit instructions that no one was to enter my property. This breach of trust and disregard for my instructions has caused significant distress and inconvenience. If this matter is not addressed immediately, I intend to escalate this complaint to the Real Estate Commission for further investigation into their practices. I expect Berkshire Hathaway to take the following actions: 1. Provide a formal written response explaining why my written request to remove the listing was ignored. 2. Confirm the immediate termination of my listing agreement and removal of the property from the market. 3. Provide an explanation and acknowledgment of the unauthorized showings conducted without my consent. This behavior is unacceptable and violates the trust and professionalism expected from a real estate agency. I respectfully request the BBB to assist in ensuring this matter is resolved promptly and appropriately. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your assistance in holding Berkshire Hathaway accountable for their actions. Sincerely, ****** *******

I inadvertently got on a mailing list for real estate agent Ronald S****** when I attended an Open House he was working and he told me that the listing agent wanted info about people who attended. The next day I had three or four emails from Ronald S******, and I unsubscribed from his list. A few days later a few more came in, so I marked them as junk, figuring the unsubscribe just needed more time. A week later I was still getting messages in my SPAM from him, so I called his number and left a message telling him that if he did not remove me from the list I would report him to the BBB. After another week I am still getting messages in my SPAM from him, so I decided to check and see if there are alternate unsubscribes for multiple lists, which would be annoying but not unheard of. What I discovered is that the emails I still get DO NOT HAVE AN UNSUBSCRIBE OPTION... so I am left with no choice but to report him.
