They are scammers and frauds worst place ever to conduct business with, they are disrespectful and just the biggest scammers I’ve ever met. The pig owner wouldn’t stop calling me beautiful and tried to get my number for a “job”. Disrespectful and uncomfortable. He’s worried about a five star review before even getting the car. Can’t do anything with out his mother. They scream in Polish. They held onto over $5000 for a week making fake promises about the title and registration. He’s lazy and admitted he didn’t want to wait in line. We test drove the car two times and after a week of not having it, today we get it, backing up its making a weird noise that it wasn’t previously doing. They are nothing but liars, making excuses. They run to take your money and once they have it they could literally care less about finishing the process. False hope and fake promises. I used to sell cars and this is the worst car buying experience ever. I’m am so disgusted by this it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I want to warn the world because this guy shouldn’t be in business. And on top of it all… online we researched and found out they were raided *** ******* **** in 2019. Stay the hell away. Do whatever you can. Most stressful situation ever. Do yourself a favor finance a car, buy a car off the side of the street, it’s better than coming here. Trust me if you come here you WILL REGRET IT, Peter is a scammer along with his short little mother that is miserable as hell. Nasty awful people.

Best quality used cars for a great reasonable price. I highly recommend for anyone who is on a budget to stop by and take a look.

On June 29th I went to Quality Used Cars LLC in Wallingford. I test-drove two cars and put a $1000 hold fee on the ****** ******** One of the owners (Poiter) said I could have a mechanic check the vehicle before the purchase and he would fix the seat belt and air conditioner. He also mentioned he had to register the car and I had to get insurance before it could be brought to the mechanic. I thought the registration and insurance were weird because I hadn’t made the purchase yet. The purchase was contingent on what my mechanic said and the repairs the owner was going to make. Throughout the past week and a half, I have reached out to the owner to verify a time when it could be brought to the mechanic. The owner's son (Poiter) has not answered my phone calls and continues to send my calls to voicemail. I have researched the business and have seen many reviews with customers having the same experience as me. At this point, I would like my hold fee back so I can move forward with buying a car at a reputable dealership. On July 11th my sister called Poiter and requested my $1000 and he said he couldn’t refund my money. He said only the other Poiter could (there is no other Poiter). My sister asked for the number of this other Poiter, and he said he couldn't give it out. After this, my mother and sister went to the Wallingford police and filed a police report (case # ********). The police said that the dealership has ongoing complaints. They told them to reach consumer protection and the better business bureau. I also sent a complaint to the DMV. The owner is a theft. He is from Poland and came to this country to steal hard-working Americans' money. Stay away from this place!

Not Good business, Didn’t return phone calls. Scammed us and didn’t hold his end of the bargain selling us a car with multiple issues that weren’t brought to light. Including broken ac, water seeps in the car wetting everything when it rains, broken window control, rats nest in the filter, broken car lock, etc.

Owner is very helpful.Good variety of cars. Great price. Sincerely recomend the place.
