    My husband ordered me a violet tomo. I didn't realize it so I ordered one too. When I realized I canceled within an hour and half. Their policy says 2 hrs. The offered to send bottle with a free bling lid. If i didn't cancel order. I stated only if i can change it to hot pink. i didn't want 2 of the same color. They agreed. the email response takes 5 days in between messages. No info on my order after 2 weeks One was a Christmas gift I never received now. I want my money back immediately or my item shipped immediately. My next step will be to report to the ** office.

    Order 88079 has been shipped on Jan 09, 2025 after we received a green light to ship the updated order. We changed French Violet 750ML/25oz to Hot Pink 750ML/25oz and added Glam Straw Lid in Hot Pink as a gift from TOMO (gift item is amounting to $44). The tracking number is ****************** (************************************************). Your item arrived at a shipping partner facility at 6:33 pm on January 16, 2025 in ******* ** *****. A delivery date will be provided when **** receives the package.

    Put 2 orders in from this company cuz i bought from them before and received my product now they advertise deals so i put in 2 seperate orders and here it is 14 days later and still no product, complained to them via email and the first stated they have 7 to 14 days ok the first order was put in on 10/18 ($126.59)and im like ok will wait it out on both orders (second order $162.59 10/22) posted on their page about my current experience and they contacted me via email and this excuse is they r a bit behind but yet they keep advertising their products that they cant fulfill. Something needs to b done. Companies should not b allowed to take ur money and then not ship the product u paid for. I want the products i paid for. They think giving a free product on my order is helping but just makes this matter worse.

    All of the customer's orders have been shipped with tracking number attached on the screenshot. We attempted to resolve the issue with customer by providing a complimentary item as a compensation for the delay. We haven't received any response from the customer right after adding the complimentary gift. Rest assured that she will be getting the products that she ordered.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

     this inquiry had nothing to do with a complimentary gift it had to do with them not communicating with their customers, not putting info out that they r backlogged or products r on back order.

    I ordered a car cup holder in September 2023. On my account, it shows the order as fulfilled, but it was never delivered. I contacted TOMO. The order number was ***** the tracking # ******************. TOMO sent out a replacement order. The order shows fulfilled December 6. I never received that one either. The order number is *****. Tracking # *** ***************. I’ve reached out several times between September and today. Im the one reaching out to TOMO. I asked for a refund but I was told to be patient. The $17 was a promo for the cup holder. The regular price is $58. Today I contacted TOMO and a representative named Dianne gave me the number to the carrier to see if I could reach them because she could not get a hold of the carrier. It’s been about 5 months now and I still have not received it. I’m still being asked to be patient and they’re sorry for my inconvenience. I really want the cup holder and not the refund. I can’t seem to get this resolved. The address for the delivery is *** **** ***** **** **** ***** ** *****.

    We highly value ***** ****** as a loyal customer, with a history of several successful orders. Her most recent order, placed on September 13, 2023, for the Silver Sky Car Cup Holder under order number *****, was part of a promotional offer where she only paid $17 for shipping, and the item cost was $0. Despite her payment, she informed us that she never received the order.

    In response to her concerns, we initiated a reshipment (order *****) on December 5, 2023. Regrettably, she once again reported non-receipt of the order, even though it was sent to the correct address.

    At TOMO, customer satisfaction is our top priority. In an effort to resolve this issue, we have taken the initiative to reship the order for the third time under order number ***** on January 16, 2024. We have attached the confirmation for this new order.

    We kindly request that this case be considered closed, as we believe we have provided a satisfactory resolution to our valued member. If you require any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Yes TOMORROW did send out two shipments; however, I never received them. The shipments show that they were sent, but not delivered. The 2nd replacement shipment shows that it was being rescheduled for delivery but never going out to be delivered. To me, the response is insinuating that I received both shipments when I DID NOT. The person at TOMO also keeps saying that I received the cup holder for $0. I payed $17 for shipping, so, nothing is for free.  I won’t be satisfied until I receive what I paid for.
