David Teodosio is fair, professional and does an impeccable job installing high quality furnace and central air conditioning units for the residential home. We were in need of a new furnace and hot water heater, so we called the Southern CT Gas Company for recommendations, and they referred us to Dave Teodosio with Home Heating & Air Conditioning. They were great! Because of the low interest financing they offered, we decided to update our old central air conditioning unit as well! Dave Teodosio and his son Dave, installed our York furnace/AC on 12/20/2022. We chose Home Heating and AC LLC from three estimates received from other vendors. We chose his company not by price, but his knowledge of HVAC systems and his expertise as to which model to install in our home. He also provided us with brochures on both furnace and AC which made selections for us much easier to decide. During installation, he guided us what he would be accomplishing on that given day, including cleaning up any debris. His work is meticulous and the job was done on time as expected from start to finish. Dave and his son were a pleasure to work with.Review from Edward R
