Never shipped lifejacket, ran me around saying it was back ordered and coming, promised a refund that never came. I think their whole business model is counting on credit card companies refunding people thus they are stealing money.Review from Lisa B

Placed an order, never shipped. Contacted them multiple times to only be told it was backordered and there should be a shipment coming in a few weeks. The day the shipment was expected came and went and again I contacted them to be told the same thing, another shipment would be coming in a few weeks etc. Very frustrating on the lack of communication from their company! Ended up just canceling my order completely.Review from Dick P

They took the money, then failed to communicate the “out of stock” and just silence from there. Not a peep for weeks. I emailed and they responded with a lie. Claiming they emailed me with the ‘out of stock’ status. They didn’t. My girlfriend also ordered the same product but different transaction. The identical thing happened to her, simultaneously… different order…different creditcard… Coincidence? No, it’s their business model…this is what they do.Review from Thomas G

I ordered a jacket for my wife for the winter. Credit card charged but didn’t receive any shipping info. I contacted them and they responded right away very politely. They assured me that I would get the jacket before Christmas. I was nervous because of other reviews but decided to wait and see. I received the jacket yesterday just 9 days after ordering. The jacket came in excellent condition and am very happy I went with this company.Review from Jay B

I bought sailing gear and it took a month only for them to cancel my order without warning. They kept saying they would ship my order, which was supposed to arrive within 6-8 days of ordering, but the time never came. I’d recommend staying away from them if possible.Review from Austin H

They have been super easy to work with. The item I wanted was on back order I received an email informing me and offering a refund. I waited and was glad I did! I called and left a voicemail and got a callback promptly! Great place don’t let other reviews scare you off.
