    I originally purchased a ********* the ***** Foosball Table from ******* ****. When I purchased the website showed sild and shipped by *******. which included a Free 90 day return Policy. After recieving the item and determining that I did inded want to return it, it was pointed out to me that I did receive the item from a third party vendor eFamlily Fun also Known as Global Merchants (** ***** ***** null ** ***** ***** *********** *********** ******. once I tried to iniatiate a return with eFamily Fun also Known as Global Merchants they said they wouldn't take it because it was a voluntarty return, which was not what *******s website said. Global Merchants also said they whould send me a shipping label, but the costs would be dudcted from my return. Lastly there would be a 20% restocking fee for something that has never been opened. none of these items are document anywhere on *******.com, where it says Free 90 day retrurns. If you add those items together $240 for shipping and $100 for restocking fee. That would be $340 removed from a $500 return, 68% of the total amount. I do feel that there has been a ton of miscommunication and misleading by these companies. At this time they are both pointing at the other as the repsonsible party for resolving this issue. I have attached a document that shows that ******* lists it as 90 day Free return. Also there is no where eFamlily Fun also Known as Global Merchants has those return policy's listed ON *******S SITE.

    We have taken note of the customers attachments which show screen shots where ******* is the seller. Since this individual purchased from eFamilyFun as a marketplace seller, the eFamilyFun listing would govern. I have attached a screen shot showing the listing along with a pop up showing the 30 day return policy and advising the customer to contact the seller for additional details. In the case of a preference return, we pay the original shipping and the customer pays the return shipping. This is analogous to the buyer returning the item to the store for a refund. it is worth noting that we already paid $273.17 to ship the item to the customer via *** ******* which we do not recover. With respect to the restock fee, this can be waived if the item is in original condition and does not require repackaging. While this return request fell outside of the 30 day window, we remain happy to accommodate the customer and will refund in full when the item is returned to us.
