I agree 100% with the rest of these reviews. Franchise Post is a complete SCAM. The leads are not real. Most phone numbers are not valid. Many email addresses are not valid, email addresses that can be sent to are not actually for the people they say they are for. On the occasional lead that has working phone number the person has never heard of my brand, did not request information about my brand and does not have the capital that the lead says that they do. They all say liquid capital of at least $100,000. Not a single person that I've spoken to was financially qaulified. I have requested copies of invoices and a list of all leads supplied by Franchise Post in Excel or any other file type. They never delivered them. They have scammed me out of almost $8,000.

This company has wasted a lot of time and money of ours. They didn't deliver on the leads in quantity or quality that they promised. I cancelled and they wouldn't refund us. They have since erroneously charged my credit 3 more times, once each month. They haven't responded to the last few emails I've sent. It's bad business. I do not recommend you even get started with Franchise Post. Even for a single $1. It's a disaster.

As the previous victims here clearly described, this company is a complete SCAM. Their salesman Robert Linden literally sent me this in an email. "Our qualifying process ensures your satisfaction by providing a smaller number of more highly engaged prospects who will be excited and expecting to hear from your Franchise Sales Team." "Our lead program is backed with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee" Not one single "lead" had any clue how we received their information. After a few weeks, I sent them a request to terminate services immediately. They continued to send spam leads to me for another 40+ days and continued to bill my card. Unsure if these are real employees, as they all have the same email and phone number. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Classic bait and switch. If I could give "0" stars, I would. Lots of promises about getting good, qualified leads - and all 25 leads I have received in the past week are bad. Most say they never requested information, and all others are non-responsive. I believe that Franchise Post is just pushing leads to me that they have in their archives. Worse yet, for over a week I have been trying to get a response from Robert Lindon, with NO response via email or phone call. Terrible customer service. I have called the number on their website, and it only allows me to leave a message. I sent an email to customer service, and imagine this! No Response! Wish I would have read reviews better before doing business with Franchise Post. Hopefully this review will save others a ton of headache. We are going to cancel the credit card to stop this madness. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS! Any positive reviews given have to be by internal employees. I've never been so poorly treated with abysmal results.

Hi Dwight, I am sorry that you have been unable to successfully sell a franchise yet from our leads. Usually it will take more leads and more time to successfully sell a franchise system. Our Client Success manager will be calling you shortly to help you with the specific challenges that you have. We have various solutions to: increase connectivity, save time prospecting, appointment setting based on territory, and other advanced targeting and screening solutions that your sales team may find useful to help you close your first deal with our leads. We appreciate the opportunity to help you grow your concept.

The leads are all fake. With this company. Do not trust them with your bank account. Robert linden is a scammer. I should have read these reviews before signing up but everything looked legit. They will slam You with leads that will never call back. Or ands we and the leads we did hear back From said they never requested any information.

Falsely billed for no service only a LOI. Or if there is some form of service that was rendered, there was not a single lead that came from it. We continue to get a $4k bill that went to attorneys and yet still no documentation of ever working with our company.
