    Get Upside app has put my business on their platform without any permission or agreement with the owners. Get Upside app advertises 18% cash back on orders placed at my business. I have emailed them twice and written a complain on the app itself twice with no response. I need my business removed from their app ASAP and reimbursed for the rebates given to guests without my consent.

    I want to update my email address but they saying I would have to open a new account with my new email address and lose all my cash back and start over. That's not right. Now I can't cash out because they sending a verification email to an email address I don't have.

    1 FEB 22. GetUpside had a cash back offer. If I claimed the offer, made the purchase in the allowed time frame and sent them a copy of the receipt then I would receive cash back. I claimed the offer on their mobile app, made the purchase in the time frame and uploaded the receipt to their mobile app in the timeframe. They refused to honor the offer as the receipt had the wrong time on it that indicated the purchase was made outside the time frame. The mobile app knew I sent the reciept at +/- 12:30pm, I sent them proof of the purchase at +/- 12:30pm but GetUpside maintained the position that the receipt said 5:30 on it so no cash back would be given. They refuse to acknowledge the clear mistake on the receipt. I sent in additional proof but they made more requests for more info and for info that can not be obtained. I believe this was an attempt by Get Upside and the business ********************, Burlington, VT) to defraud consumers and increase sales. This is not the first time that I have had this problem with this business.

    Signed up with a company called Upside for a discount on gas purchase on my phone. Later I went to a gas station that the website suggested. I followed all the instructions the website gave me, and still no rebate. I believe this company may be a scam. The gas was above the going price for gas in the area. With the supposed discount it was cheaper. No rebate... Of course the website did not request a receipt. I did not get one.

    I have used GetUpSide app for 4 months. I have claimed 3 $25.00 gift cards for AMAZON. I have received 3 e-mails with 3 different codes to apply the cards to AMAZON. I entered the info was told that cards successfully entered. I Should of had total of $75.. credited to my account. Or used to pay my balance. On reviewing my account I find not 1 cent has been applied nor credited or appear Anywhere! I have lost $75.00?? The bank that handles AMAZON says they have nothing to do with this. AMAZON says they have NO RECORD if any of my 3 gift card. There is no way to contact GetUpSide. No phone no email. Only an addrsss in Washing DC. Please help solve this. I only live on SSI and state help programs like snap. Thanks you

Your emails say they've been sent from your ******, so I suspect your account was created via your *******. ***** will often hide your email from apps and replace your email with a unique @************.*******.com address.     Never received cashback for a 01/14/2022 gas purchase (******* gas station). I've emailed GetUpside and sent a picture of my receipt like they asked for. As of 02/21/2022 I've yet to receive my cashback. I've been emailing them and they seem to want to play idiot games and be non-compliant.
