Bonnie D********* head of MAD development Build a three floor building next to my house at ****************. She removed a copper water pipe that led water from the house into the garden when she built the new fence to her building. She replaced that copper water pipe with an inadequate plastic pipe that broke this winter. I contacted her eight weeks ago to let her know since I am disabled and a senior I could not water my large garden by Ken would you please replace my copper water pipe. I only have her phone number is ************. We had one conversation where she said she would get it done within a week or 10 days. Now she does not answer her phone although I have left her messages. She was reasonable while she built her building. And we had a good relationship. But now I have to water my garden by Ken. It takes 52 cans in 90 weather. I have photographs to prove all that I say and I have a witness that shows with my bad heart and my bad back I have to water my garden by hand. This is unacceptable I will land in the hospital at this point. I am having my own contractor build a copper pipe and I want  Bonnie D********* to pay for it on a reasonably timely basis. Thank you my phone number is ************ I live at ** ************************* have lived here for 35 years

Bathroom renovation from June -November, 2021 We paid $24,700 to MAD Construction for labor. They committed to renovate a bathroom in 2-3 weeks, including improved plumbing for water flow to tub/shower, new toilet and sink; walls (with wainscotting); ceiling; sink; exhaust fan; medicine cabinet. Retain existing tub, floor, door, window, and radiator.Dispute: 1) Company made unidentified charges to our credit card of at least $6,541. 2) Company did sloppy work requiring us to hire other contractors to repair their damage to shower and tile and to complete their undone work around the cabinet. The major damage they caused was in plumbing, so now when we use the tub, water leaks in the first floor kitchen ceiling, causing damage to the ceiling and light fixture. The cost to repair damage to plumbing is unknown at this time.We have made repeated requests to the company to address these issues, and they are nonresponsive.Start date June 27, 2021
