I arrive at the hotel but I couldn't find anyone at the receiption. Calling the phone was in vain. I had to leave after 30 mins. I have media documenting my experience. I tried contacting the hotel later but in vain. *********, booking site, said the hotel doesn't want to refund because reservation was not refundable. However, the hotel did not deliver the serice I booked when I showed up

    Hi - Thank you for your recent letter to ** at Duo Nomad in Washington, D.C. It would appear we did not receive your previous contact letter, so we apologize for the delay in our response.

    This guest made their reservation and arrived past the check in hours, so their reservation was cancelled as a No-Show. 

    Representatives of this guest then reached out to us in regards to this, and we issued them a full refund on September 6, 2022 onto the payment method initially provided to us for their booking.

    I believe this has been settled at this time, but please let us know if we need to provide further information or evidence to clear this matter up.
