In May we rented a 10 person limo bus for 4 hours (6:30PM-10:30PM). At 8:50PM we were moving from our first location to our second location and our driver was late (he said he was on the highway dropping off a key). We decided to walk to our next location and asked him to pick us up there at 10PM to take us home, he agreed and said he would give us a 15 min grace period because of the initial missed pick up. At 10:10PM the driver called and said he had to leave immediately because he doubled booked us. I said no problem, and we met him outside at 10:12 PM, 3 minutes early for our 15 min grace period. He began yelling and screaming at me. My husband stepped in and asked he speak to him if he was going to be yelling and cursing. The driver then went insane, starting threatening us, cursing, and yelling homophobic attacks at us. He threw some of our items out of the vehicle and sped off, abandoning us 30 min from home. We immediately called him and he threatened and yelled at us, told me to "**** my mother" to "suck his ****" and repeatedly called us "********". We have this portion recorded after seeing his initial behavior. We have repeatedly called and emailed the company to receive our stolen items and to get our money back for breach of contract and failure to complete service. They have blocked our number and refuse to respond. Upon further research, this is a coordinated and planned scam. The owner/driver goes by a variety of aliases - ****, ***, *****, *****************************. There are detailed records of him abandoning customers, stealing items, and exhibiting horrific behavior. He has been conducting this fraud for over a decade switching names, companies (******** ***** limousine), fake addresses, and fraud reviews. We have been in touch with multiple victims of this scheme.Business response

These clowns were drunk when we picked them up. They got even more drunk as the evening went on. Services were fully rendered and they are making up all these lies. At 10:15 PM they were still inside the bar in Annandale as we had a 11:00 PM pick up for our next clients as we are never late. Their drop off was in DC and without traffic the distance was 30 minutes. We gave the driver the green light to leave them and they came inside the vehicle and grabbed their belongings and left. We have no idea what these crooks are referring to about dropping off the keys and a grace period. They had use of the vehicle the entire time. These people are crooks and thieves and when they are not ready to leave, we cannot force them to leave. Even if they left at 10:15, they would have not made it on time. This case is closed!
What the h*** is wrong with people. Just grow the h*** up and live life and behave like a civilized human being. These crooks use the services and then steal from the businesses. This person can go to h*** with her all false accusation and lies. We don't give refunds for the services rendered. You are not finished on time, then that is your problem.

I am rejecting this response because: the business is lying. We have security footage from the venue of our time leaving, the driver throwing our items off the bus and berating us (and us never returning on the bus), a police complaint of the stolen goods, a recording of his homophobic attacks, and receipts that he never showed up for our mid-night pick-up. Based on the contract agreed the services were not rendered or completed.

It is very simple! When you are stupid *** drunk and don't leave on time, we will leave you there because we have to be on time to our other customers. There is a full record of her text to the driver. Again, it was 10:15 PM and they were not ready to leave the bar. You cannot get to DC from Annandale, VA in 15 minutes on a rainy and slippery night. Safety is our utmost concern. She is someone who deserves **** and not our high end luxury service.
This case is closed. Services were fully rendered and she got her moneys worth of the ride for 4 hours. I don't see her mentioning and being thankful because she was upgraded to a 12 passenger NEW ******** limo. She rented a 10 passenger ******* limo for 10 people. Had we given her that limo, her and her friends would be too tight due to their large sizes. We did her a favor and she is till not happy. People like her can go to **** and never use us again!!! This woman is very delusional and needs to be avoided and all costs. She is wasting everyone's time and she needs to get a life. She should also needs a psychological evaluation.

I rented a limo for my mom's 90th birthday, to take us to a show and back home again on April 23, 2023. A week before the event my credit card was charged $995. The person I booked with stated we would receive water and ice, but could bring other drinks with us. I called to confirm the day before the event and the man I spoke to (manager? owner?) was rude and cussed me out stating they were too busy in the warehouse to deal with customers. He then ended the conversation by telling me to "F*** off" and hung up on me. I had already paid for the limo and didn't want to lose that money, so called back and apologized (not sure for what) to make sure they would show up the next day. I spoke to the same person, who stated that they were tired of people calling them rude (well, if the shoe fits) On the day of our event, the driver, ***, was rude and fussed at my 90 year old dad (who is hard of hearing) and was short with everyone. We asked *** if he could put music on, which he didnt do. And all they provided were small bottles of warm water. We all tried our best to be cordial and appreciative because we didn't want to be stranded in DC the way other people in reviews indicated they were. I didnt reach back out to the company for any type of resolution because I believe the person who cussed me out is the owner/manager and I certainly didnt want to be cussed out again. And in looking at other reviews for this company, they are not a good company and something should be done about them. They took what should have been a great evening and ruined it for us.Business response

Here are the facts!
1. Of course this stupid woman was charged because she made the reservation.
2. No one cursed this lousy and lying woman
3. Ice and bottled water was supplied and it is automatic in every job.
4. She received the guaranteed white limo that we charge an extra $100.00 for free.
5.She called back and apologized for her rudeness. No one needs to be rude with us as we have zero tolerance for that.
6. Passengers has all the control for the music. BT was already set up and all they had to do was to connect it. Connecting it is not the drivers job.
7. The stupid father opened the door while the limo was still in motion. Of course any driver would get mad after he explicitly explained the rules to them. Maybe they should have put the old f*** somewhere else and not by the door.
8. This stupid woman is a total liar, a trash and a waste of time. Per our driver, they had a great time.
9. He had our top chauffeur and unfortunately some dumb *** people can't see the value because they are not used to a professional service.

We contracted this company for a party bus on Feb 4th from 730-130am. From the beginning the Driver was rude refused to give us the ********* information on a PARTY bus. We figured it out and continued on to our destination. When he picked us up to take us to the *** he kept turning the music off while en route. We were singing and having a good time but nothing over the top (it was my 42nd bday). When we arrived at the *** one of guests asked the driver to not turn the music off while we were listening and the driver got BELIGERENT. He took off with our friend on board and refused to let him off. We continuously called him to diffuse the situation and he kept picking up the phone and hanging up. While traveling him approached a cop and told his side where the cop explained to him that it seemed he was the one being belligerent. and this is where our friend was able to get off the bus. He says "I made my money for the night" as if we aren't paying customers. We attempted to call to retrieve our items left on the bus as he was to pick us up but at this point has refused. He blocks myself and my husbands number. One of our friends who is a VA police officer calls yet again to diffuse and retrieve our items and yet again he became belligerent. We attempted to call on Sunday 2/5 and they again hung on me when I called and blocked my number. I called Monday 2/6, spoke calmly and stayed focused on the topic of retrieving our items and yet again he became belligerent. He was calling us "monkeys" and "pieces of ****". I contacted the police to file a police report. Seems to be the scam they run that you book they then say you were rude and refuse to refund your money for services not rendered. This was not a party bus full of 21 yr old drunk young adults this was a party bus full of 40+ professional people who wanted to enjoy an evening out and this was so uncalled for. We contracted this bus for 6 hours of services and only received 3 plus return of our items.Business response

Our response will be plain and simple! These group were thugs, liars, crooks, hoodlums and thieves! The video recorded surrounding their behavior and events don't lie. These thugs can go to **** They were a ****** group and used the services 5 out of 6 hours and the one ****** was recording the driver and not getting out of the bus - the driver was blocking traffic in front of *** ******* off the drivers who were stuck behind him so he had no choice but to move because that one thug was not exiting the bus. They were all kicked out with the help of the police. They were rude and nasty toward the driver - we have no tolerance for a ghetto and thug behavior. We have zero tolerance for thugs getting verbally abusive and almost physically abusive toward our drivers. No manners and no class with these losers. We reached out to book a car service for four adults and four children. After confusion regarding booking (including whether we would be able properly install car seats and timing of the contract - we had given our credit card and received a verbal understanding that the reservation was active), we had an extremely distressing and verbally abusive discussion with a member of the staff - he did not give his name. He screamed at me repeatedly while I was in the car with my children, called me a liar, and told me that they would not put up with any bulls**** (screaming at top of his lungs). He also said that they had “recording” of me and I kept asking what he was referring to as the statements made no sense. He kept screaming and me and then hung up. This company has charged me $1,750 and I have no idea if they are planning to honor the contract after this episode.Business response

This woman seems to be having some kind of a mental issue. After listening to her recording when she placed the call to us was out of this world. It was super difficult to deal with her and very hard to please. The questions she was asking made no sense what-so-ever. The services were fully rendered and everyone was happy. As you can see per her attached agreement, the charge is only $1250.00. How the heck she came up with $1750.00? As I mentioned, she has some kind of a mental issue and is not normal. Do you know why she is aloof and not normal? The date of the service was 12/3/22 and we received the complaint on 12/18/22. She needs major help or psychological evaluation.Initial Complaint

On August 17, 2021 I signed a $995 contract for a 13 person limo provided by Presidential Limousine to take us to and from a concert scheduled for august 24. On August 21, the show was postponed due to COVID, to a date we could not attend. I immediately emailed Presidential Limo (Sunny) and they responded: “I am sorry to hear that. The option is that you will have a company credit and you would be able to apply to any limos, any event and any day and it will expire in one year after your initial event date.” Because of this response, I didn't find an alternative option for last year and instead planned to use it for the same birthday this year. I started calling Presidential Limo the beginning of July, leaving voicemails and never getting called back. I used my husband’s phone one time and got through immediately, at which point he clarified that I had to USE the credit (v booking) before August 24. I said I would call back once I had confirmed the large group. I called them back using both my and my husband’s phones. They never answered or responded. On July 13 I emailed them. They responded “It is tentatively booked and I don't have the final word yet. I will let you know as soon as I find out.” He also alerted me of an extra fee. I responded that that was okay and that I would be okay with a 12 pax vehicle as well. He never responded. Two days later I emailed again to say I could use any of their vehicles but needed confirmation. I never got a response to my email or calls or voicemails. I finally asked my friend to call them. He got through immediately. They confirmed they had a vehicle for the exact same date and time I had requested and gave him a quote. As soon as he said he was using a credit, Sonny said he was really busy and hung up on him. They never answered his calls again. They have made it impossible for me to use the credit of $995 and I am therefore submitting this claim. I am considering taking them to Small Claims court.Business response

Too much drama! It is very simple!
I guess we will see them in court as they have a signed contract which clearly states that there is a 100% cancelation fee if it gets canceled within 30 days of the event. In this case that is exactly what happened. Out of courtesy we gave them a year for which we didn't have to. She called 8/22 wanting to reschedule in September and then gave us a date in August that we couldn't accommodate her and we informed her that we would do our best. I don't know what she means by so called friend calling us for a date.
At this point there are no refunds as she went slamming us online with bad reviews. If she had done that we would consider accommodating her - but now it is just too late!! Do you think we would refund any money at this point? I don't think so! They have no case in front of the judge. They will be walking out of the courtroom in shame!
