    On Thursday, July 14, I booked on *******.com a tour with DC Guided Tours, morning sightseeing tour 10 am, on an air conditioned bus to tour of Washington, DC. We were super excited, because this was our first time going to DC. I booked 1 child and 3 adult tickets a total of $218.00 My kids, and I had the last 4 seats on the back of the bus. The ones with 2 on the right and two on the left. We kept telling the tour guide (***** guy) and bus driver (***** lady) that it was hot, we couldnt feel the air, we couldn't hardly breathe. She tried to fix it, and it still didn't work. We didn't even get to see all the sites, because it was too hot to keep getting off the bus to come back to no air condition on the back of the bus. The bus was completely full,so it was nowhere else to move. Ths US Bill of Rights states that I have seven basic consumer rights. Which are the right to be informed, the right to choose, the right to safety, the right to be heard, the right to have problems corrected, the right to consumer education, and the right to service. As a consumer I am protected if I receive poor service. I have expressed my poor service for me and my family as written above. My kids have anaphalectic allergies, asthma, the heat was excessive, and the temperature was inhumane. I am requesting an immediate refund. Thank You

    Hello I recently had a very bad experience with a tour company based in Washington DC  I had booked a tour with them for a May 21 2022 date. I booked the tour online in March of 2022. A few weeks later I determined the time of the tour was not going to work for my party of 4. I emailed the company and explained the prob and asked for a refund - since the tour was 2 months away. They replied their online policy clearly stated no refunds. I did not see this policy when I booked the tour. I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. It may take up to 90 days to resolve. I don't want another customer to find themself in my position - hence why I want to file a BBB complaint.
