I purchased an electric ball launcher from Venator Commerce on June 24, 2024 for $84.63 USD. The ball launcher is supposed to be a toy for dogs where you drop a tennis ball in the machine and its mechanics and motor "launch" the ball across the room. It was supposed to have multiple electronic settings for distance (all of these descriptors are clearly stated on their website). But when the ball launcher arrived (on july 5th), it was clearly not mechanical in any way- there is no power cord nor battery compartment, so its literally just a piece of plastic that when I drop the ball into the center of it, the ball just rolls out the front of it through a hole- there is no dial as advertised and no mechanics nor motor to it whatsoever- this product is obviously a bait and switch item. I first sent an email to their company on july 7th, stated the toy does nothing and is completely different than advertised. They sent an email back on july 8th asking for me to read the manual and to send them a video for proof. I sent them a video clip of the ball just rolling out of the launcher on July 14th, they responded that they would "escalate this to the concerned department". I sent a follow up email on July 22 and on the 29th they said they were "still waiting for a decision from the resolution team on how to process the refund." On august 9th they suggested I take a "treat feeder" instead, to which i responded i did NOT want, as stated multiple times before, I wanted a refund for receiving a product that was not as advertised. They then told me that they actually don't have return labels for the product and it cannot be returned on august 9th- to which i replied that their website CLEARLY states they have a 30 day return policy. The company has not responded to me since that email and I've sent two follow up emails since then, one on august 9th and one on august 25th. All I want, is my money back for a product that clearly is not as advertised, that's it.

I purchased 3 walkie talkies on July 20, 2024 for $224.43. When I received them, none of them work. I have called the number on the website and it is just a voicemail saying to go to the website. I have sent about 30 emails to the company that I am trying to process the return and no one is getting back to me. I can not get ahold of anyone at all at this company.

On 7/19/24 first I made a purchase of a regular mini phone then I saw they had a 4g phone so I ordered that one also thinking I would be to cancel the first one since I just made the two purchases I have proof that I reached out to the company minutes after the first purchase indicating that I wanted to cancel the first item days later I received an email that said since I did not cancel within 24 hours it could be cancelled I then sent them proof that was done so they said once you get the items so can send back but not with a full refund then I asked why hasn’t it been shipped after several weeks they told me I had to send a picture of my drivers license for them to ship it out I also did that it is now 8/22/24 and I still haven’t even received a tracking number for my shipment this company is bad business I’m looking for a full refund I purchased this on 7/19 for my 7 year old daughters birthday which was on 8/9 didn’t even get the best present she wanted for her special day this has been a disaster and they need to be investigated. Very bad customer service will never buy from them again I fell like they are scamming me of almost $200.
