This the most professional company I have used in a long time. They wet primp and efficient and got the job done and the problem solved. Michael was extraordinary. He knew all about the problem and explained it so well even I who knows nothing about systems drains etc knew what to expect. I would like to say Delaware plumbing professionals was an amazing company to work with. Our plumbers Michael and Isaiah did an amazing job and were very accommodating. Michael and Isaiah were both very polite and courteous. My wife and I would gladly choose them again for any future needs.Review from Jean-Marie G

They were very responsive when our water heater started leaking on a Friday night. Michael Tinsley came Saturday afternoon and explained very well the pros and cons of both options we had: tanked or tankless. He answered all our questions via text and phone on Sunday. And was at our door Monday morning to install the new unit. He worked until 5:30 pm to make sure that we would have hot water that night. He was very professional: explained everything, cleaned up afterwords, protected our floor, put overshoes to go upstairs! We highly recommend him for your next plumbing job!

I had a leak at the shut off valve for the cold water line for my kitchen sink. I called Delaware Plumbing Professionals to arrange service and it was scheduled for the next morning, There was great communication from the office. Michael arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and advised me of my options. The repair was quickly completed and resolved my problem. We had our sewage pump replaced recently and used the service of Delaware Plumbing Professionals. Our Plumbing Technician Michael Trinsey was very personable, knowledgeable in his field. I appreciated Mike for taking the time to explain what needs to be done to fix the situation. Giving estimation for the duration it will take to complete the job. And showing me what probably was the cause of the problem. DPP worked with us to pre-approve the work and order the parts, prior to receiving the deposit for the work to be performed. I hired Delaware Plumbing professionals to help me when I noticed my water heater was leaking. The company sent someone to my home on a Friday night right away. Mike did a great job explaining my options in a clear, objective way. He and his partner, Isaiah, installed a new water heater for us today.
