  Scammer and Fraud alert. I'm a disabled veteran and ****** took my $500 deposit and was supposed to send me documents to sign through Docusign on this past Friday, April 22, 2022. He sent them to me today April 25, 2022 at 9:12 am. I reviewed the documents and had a simple question about what Navy Federal account he wanted me to keep the minimum balance in because I have 4 accounts with Navy Federal. He proceeded to holler while I was in physical therapy in front of my therapist, who was there and I had ****** on the loud speaker and hung up on me. She witnessed the phone call. I then sent him an email explaining the question I had in the Docusign and he never responded. When I got home, I called ****** and he proceeded to holler at me and refused to listen to what I say because it was a simple question. He said I should "freaking" hang up on you now as I was explaining the question and hung up again. He was referred to me from ****** ******** at Remaxx. I will be calling Justin's office to see if they are part of a scam in cooperation with each other and I asked ****** for my money back and he said he's not giving me anything. One of my disabilities is hearing and I have translation services to translate all my calls. He is a scammer and I will be reporting him to the appropriate people today. You never know who somebody is.

  This client was scheduled for a phone appointment with us on 4/25 at 1pm.  He called in many hours prior to his scheduled time and wanted to ask questions that we needed to discuss during his scheduled time.  He became irate and spent the remainder of the day cursing and threatening our office via email and by calling from several different phone numbers.  We refunded him, advised him we would not be working his case and unfortunately had to notify the authorities regarding his threats.  There is no further discussion needed as he is refunded and we have no further involvement with him. He has been notified by the local police department to never ever contact our office again in any manner.  Refund given...
