    On November 8, 2022 between the hours of 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. a tow truck operator from Bauls Towing arrived at 61 West Slokom Avenue Christiana, PA 17509 to pick up my 2002 Ford Escort Sedan. I accepted an offer of $520 from the online company peddle. Upon arrival and loading of my vehicle the driver claims that my catalytic converter is missing and was replaced with a straight pipe. Me having no knowledge of auto mechanics, trusted that this man was being honest and believed his accusation. He immediately changed the already accepted and guaranteed offer from $520 to $200. After the transaction was made and the driver left, I mentioned to the previous owner what was said. He insisted that the man was lying and that the car did indeed have the catalytic converter. My car passed inspection in June of 2021 and the garage confirmed that the part is on the vehicle. No other work has been done to my car since then, so I know for a fact that it was not removed and replaced with a straight pipe. The driver of Bauls Towing mislead me and therefore cost me $320. I have tried to contact this company multiple times and they either ignore my calls or hang the phone up once they realize it's me calling. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I am requesting this billing adjustment to be fixed and the proper amount I'm owed to be paid to me immediately due to false information and manipulation. This man saw that I was a young female with very limited knowledge of auto mechanics and he too full advantage of that.

    i was scheduled for tow pick up at 3pm & no one showed up. i waited until after 3pm & called dispatch who said they would have driver call me with eta. i waited almost 2 hours & when no one called me, i tried calling dispatch again repeatedly & no one answered & voicemail was full. i was very ill this entire day & forced myself to stay up & wait for them when i should have been resting. if they weren’t coming, why didn’t dispatch tell me when i called or why couldn’t driver call me directly? i dont know how this place even stays in business, because when i went online to file complaint, they have tons of them already. they ought to be ashamed of themselves treating people this way! as far as im concerned, they owe me the $ i would have gotten had they shown up (i was selling vehicle). instead i had to scramble to find somewhere else that would come on Sunday & then wait for them, so now a 2nd day spent while im ill & not resting all because they won’t do their job!
