    Avoid 6AM Run: A Cautionary Tale I had a terrible experience with 6AM Run, resulting in a $4,578 loss. In September 2024, I purchased 200 units of their "Marathon Peach Mango" product. Despite assurances, shipments were incomplete—each box contained just 1 unit instead of 25. Attempts to resolve the issue with their CEO, Hami Mahani, were frustrating. He frequently ignored concerns, offered excuses, and even threatened to block me. Though he promised a refund and provided "proof," no funds were ever received. His bank later declined the refund based on false claims that the shipments were fulfilled. This isn’t an isolated incident. Research revealed numerous accounts of others facing similar problems—unfulfilled orders, broken promises, and poor communication. I strongly advise against doing business with 6AM Run. Their practices are unprofessional and dishonest. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them entirely.

    I am writing to formally address an ongoing issue regarding my order placed on September 3, 2024. I ordered 200 units of 6am run Peach pre workout powder and paid $4,578 plus shipping costs, as per the agreed terms. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate via email, the responses have been non-existent. I have been forced to rely on calls and text messages, where I have been repeatedly given false assurances that the order is being worked on and will be shipped. Unfortunately, these promises have not been fulfilled, and the situation remains unresolved. This delay has caused significant inconvenience and is a breach of trust and professional standards. I expect either: 1. Confirmation of the shipment of my order, along with a tracking number, within 7 business days. 2. A full refund of the amount paid, totaling $4,578 plus shipping costs, should you be unable to fulfill the order. Please consider this my final request before I escalate the matter further, which may include filing a complaint with consumer protection agencies, disputing the payment, and pursuing legal action to recover my funds.

He does not communicate officially; instead, he has been giving me false hopes for the past four months through text messages and phone calls only.The last time I spoke to him, he made me pay $280 for shipping again for the second time. I purchased new shipping labels and sent them on December 16, 2024, but he has still not responded to my emails. He continues to make excuses over the phone calls. I have all the text messages showing that he has lied to me hundreds of times during the past four months. On several occasions, he claimed that he had shipped my order, but he did not.     I am in E-Commerce business selling on Amazon. We opened up an account with 6AM and purchased products from them and they agreed to ship the product directly to Amazon warehouse. This business unfortunately has similar complains on BBB and Trust Pilot. They take the payment and do not ship the agreed quantity to Amazon. Now since May we are struggling to argue with Amazon about the quantity shipped and Amazon is asking us to provide us the proof. So we've been asking the brand owner to send us the packing slip that the carrier signs when they pick up the packages but the owner has been making false promises everyday that I am sending now and we have not yet received it and currently we are in a loss of approx 10k because 6AM is a scam and they never ship the correct quantity. i would really appreciate if I could get some assistance to resolve this issue with this business and based on the previous complaints about this business for the same issue. 6AM should not be allowed to conduct any business activities as they are trying to scam all the sellers.

    Hello Team,

    Please find the attached screen shots of my text message communication with the brand owner. As I mentioned we have been asking him to provide us the proof of the inventory that has been shipped to Amazon but unfortunately, he has not provided to us till date. There has to be a 100 percent weight discrepancy otherwise why would the business hesitate to provide us the document that UPS signed when they picked up the shipment because it mentions the weight on the shipment. Approx 425 plus pieces are missing and the cost it almost $10k. if they said they have delivered everything than they should be able to provide us the packing slip which we have been asking for past 6 months now. we contacted UPS but they refused to entertain us as they said that the shipper should contact them for the information. I would really appreciate if BBB could help me resolve it.

    I want to share the negative experience I’ve had with 6AMRun. Approximately two months ago, I contacted the company’s CEO, **** ******, and placed an order for a total of 205 mixed products, for which I paid $4,305. However, I faced significant issues with the delivery: Incomplete Delivery: Despite ordering 205 items, only 6 products were delivered. When I reported this to **** ******, he acknowledged the mistake and assured me that the payment would be made promptly. However, for the past two months, I have been subjected to constant stalling tactics, and no payment has been made. My repeated attempts to communicate have either been ignored or brushed aside. This situation now amounts to fraud. For this reason, I want to warn anyone considering doing business with 6AMRun to be cautious. Based on my experience, they are an unreliable company. By sharing this negative experience, I hope to prevent others from facing similar issues. Additionally, my lawyer has held four online meetings with **** ******, during which these discussions were recorded. We are now preparing to file a lawsuit using the recordings, emails, payment receipts, conversations with bank representatives, and invoices as evidence. **** ****** has repeatedly promised to make the payment, but it has yet to be fulfilled. If the payment is not made within one week, I will personally visit their office with the police to resolve this matter. Furthermore, I will share my experience on all sales platforms and customer review sites.

My company was in contact with 6am company because we wanted to sell their product on Amazon with their authorization. They accepted to sell us the product (Marathod Peach Mango) 200 pieces, and they also accepted to ship the product directly to Amazon warehouse on my behalf. Unfortunately they did not ship the total units that we bought. We bought 200 units for 4200.00$ and only 32 units were shipped out. Additionally, **** ******, the owner that gave us his word and letter of authorization without knowing how to make a authorization letter with respect to amazon’s template that we can sell his brand product on Amazon, the one that we were in contact with during all the process from negociations to payment until the product was shipped, filed an IP complaint against our company on Amazon saying that we are selling counterfeit product. Amazon has blocked the listing, destroyed the 32 units that they sent to Amazon for my business. Now my Amazon account is at risk of deactivation and I’m out of 4200.00. I want this company to refund me. What they did is dishonest. I am not a small business, still I can’t bear this loss. It is outrageous that a company people should trust at first sight is doing this malicious action to take money from small business, and take advantage on other small sellers desperate to find product to sell on Amazon. 6am Run needs to refund me. I attached the invoice, one of the label sent to you, the complaint from Amazon, and some of our conversation through email and phone number. Ive also attached the screenshot of my wise statement. This guy keep on lying again and again, as you can his record with bbb and other platforms, his intentions are also quite clear as he declined our meetings several times, these labels can be issued by any thermal machine based on data provided by human, these are box label, boxes were empty, he sent empty boxes to amazon, i have clear cut decesion, email and response from amazon that shipper i.e fraud 6am run has never shipped the right amount products, proof is attached here..he is trying to defame amazon by saying that Amazon is not saying truth, why a esteemed organization like Amazon will provide us with a biased decesion ,moreover he is defaming me as well by providing irrelevant information.This attachment clearly shows the weight discrepancy and huge gap of weight between the weight told by 6am run and the one received by AMAZON. 6amrun is such a nightmare for me.     As the owner of the company, I am deeply concerned about the recent situation involving our employees. On August 7th, Our account department paid $4,578 to 6 am Run for 200 units, but only received 12 units. We were initially told that the carrier had lost the remaining 188 units, but now believe this claim to be false. After weeks of our employees trying to reach Hami, the CEO, he finally informed us he would ship the missing 188 units. However, he only sent 48 units, repeating the same excuse about lost shipments. Furthermore, the products sent were not what we had ordered. When our team inquired about the missing units, Hami frequently responded with excuses, claiming he was busy or in a meeting, clearly avoiding our calls to delay the process. We have requested a refund multiple times, and for two weeks he assured us it had been issued, only to later claim it was lost due to a reversal by Stripe. Hami's continuous excuses have left us extremely frustrated, and we urgently need the $4,578 refund he owes us for the 188 missing and incorrect units.

On May 2024, my company was in contact with 6am company because we wanted to sell their product on Amazon with their authorization. They accepted to sell us the product (marathon Ras, iced tea), and they also accepted to ship the product directly to Amazon warehouse on my behalf. Unfortunately they did not ship the total units that we bought. We bought 220 units for 5035.80 and only 20 units were shipped out. Additionally, on July 21, Hami Mahani, the owner that gave us his word that we can sell his brand product on Amazon, the one that we were in contact with during all the process from négociations to payment until the product was shipped, filed an IP complaint against our company on Amazon saying that we are selling counterfeit product. Amazon has blocked the listing, destroyed the 20 units that they sent to Amazon for my business. Now my Amazon account is at risk of deactivation and I’m out of 5035.80. I want this company to refund me. What they did is dishonest. I am a small business, I can’t bear this lost. Unfortunately, these products were either not delivered or significantly delayed, leading to missed deadlines and financial losses for my business. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, the company has not taken any effective steps to address the problem. The CEO is just delaying it for no reason and has told us that he doesn't want to refund. This dispute remains unresolved, leaving me with no choice but to seek further action.

We also have evidence from other people who faced the same issue with **** (6AM RUN LLC)All of them purchased inventory from them but never received the inventory or refund. I have call recordings and zoom recording available as well in which **** promised for a refund but there is nothing except some calls and fake promises.
