    I have been dealing with ************************ on Hackcross Rd in ******* for about 3 years for headstone for my son (which got a couple of months ago) also I brought in a down payment for a grave next to my son ( which was sold). So, I was suggested to purchase the grave above him (found out someone was buried there on the one year anniversary of his death). I have been requesting my money back. Evetstory, *** and ************* has been flipping me between the two of them. I still have not receive anything from them, not phone call, text or email. I hate I agreed to lay him to rest there. I just want my money I paid. HELP

    They should be charged with neglect of human remains. What they have done to my mothers grave that she paid for 20 years before her death and has allowed it to remain undone is criminal and an extreme emotional trauma for the family. Its been over a year and they still have not provided the death *********** and the grave is sunk in so bad the tombstone can be lifted by hand up. The ground has not been taken care of by regrassing or even mowed. There is broken n damaged tombstones all around that have been that way for over a year. No one ever answers the phone and when you do lick up and find them there and report something like this was done over a month ago nothing is ever done. They should be made to pay for the upkeep and never allowed to have anyone else buried there except for the staff who has done nothing for anyone.

    My family has been waiting 4 years for a headstone. Which was paid for in full when ordered. They said the person in charge quit. They resubmitted everything and even had to drive it to lansing was told 6 to 8 months. And in 8 months we find out that person no longer works there. I went up there last May I believe. They had to redesign what they order. Again was told 6 to 8 months. They recently called to find out that person no longer works there. I called today and spoke with a ***** who took the information and said he would call me back today or sometime this week. I said please today or I can be there in the morning. No family should have to pay ****** for a headstone and then wait 4 years and keep getting the run around. I would never recommend this cemetery to my worst enemy's family.

    My father passed away in November 2022 and it is now May 2024 and ********************************** in *******, IN still does not have any sort of plot marker out after paying them $10k. First they claimed they lost his VA paperwork, now it's another story. Dealing with these people has been an absolute nightmare for the past year and a half. I constantly get ghosted with no return phone calls, runaround excuses, lies, you name it. If I hadn't consistently kept calling and pestering, I know for a fact that we never would have had a marker out at the cemetery after paying all of that money. They were content on taking my money and running with it. It's pretty sad that they are obviously trying to take advantage of people after losing a loved one. Based on reviews that I read and comments on social media posts after the fact, MANY people are having similar issues with ***********.

    ***** of Everstory Partners was presented with our issue and responded immediately! She drove to two separate locations in ** that were, at least, a hundred miles apart. She was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous! Her prompt response and resolution to this matter is very much appreciated! KUDOS!

    My husband passed in 2017. The stone is messed up and letters are huge making it bulky. I am also missing a flower pot. For the pot and engraving I put over 9000. I have complained but no help. The only make you feel stupid and incompetent. Which I am not. I was told that the man who did my stuff left town. This is horrendous. if matters get worse. I will bring a law suit

    Forest Lawn Cemetary 4000 Pilots Ln, Richmond VA I've been waiting for a phone call since 20 Oct 2023 and again I was promised a phone call on 30 Oct 2023 regarding a cameo picture for my dad's grave marker. The service and the picture were paid for in December 2021. It is now Feb 2024, no picture, NOTHING! I've been dealing with this company since 2015 when my mom passed. Again, this company has lost paperwork on several occasions for both parents. The numerous turnovers with office management and staff have made it difficult to remember who was who and who did what. Furthermore, customer service and the disgruntled employees have been a "TOXIC" mess. They’ve ALL continued to point fingers at previous managers and employees. my situation has not been resolved despite the calls, emails to EverStory Partners, Corporate Home Office 955 Keller Road Suite 1500 Altamonte Springs, FL 32714

    This is the worst funeral home I have EVER had to visit. They are very unprofessional. As our family walked in, there was no one to greet us, everyone sitting in an office to the right laughing and being unattentive, had a small TV for video display sitting to the left. People 3 rows back could not even see. Taking my uncle to the grave site, as he was being placed, the director or whoever he was clearly seen the flag was not placed right and got caught on the rollers. Causing the grandson to help lift the casket to correct the flag. Gun fire going off as the family was walking to sit for the final farewell. The director or attendant taking off the wrong medallions off the casket having to be replaced. Not informing the family my uncle was being placed upside down for a reason, not even a week later and all flowers being removed, not including the cost for such a horrible experience and basically a noncaring disrespectful farewall to not only our family but a heavily decorated medal Korean War veteran. I would NOT recommend using them for your loved ones final resting place

    Very unhappy with service. Have a pre payed plan. Death of parent December 2023, stone was unearthed for at least 8 months. Still waiting for DOD to be put on stone.
