Its unfortunate that my attempts to communicate with you regarding our paid contract for content via social cat have gone unanswered, and I recently discovered that Ive been blocked on social media. This is deeply disappointing, especially as Ive approached this situation with professionalism and patience.I want to be clear that if I dont receive a resolution by Monday, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter by reporting your business to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and sharing my experience with other creators who have come forward about similar concerns regarding your customer service practices.If financial constraints are the reason for this issue, I believe humility and honesty would go a long way. However, if thats not the case, I respectfully urge you to honor our agreement to avoid further action. Its disheartening to see such behavior, particularly from a Black-owned business, as it perpetuates negative stereotypes that so many of us work hard to overcome.Ill take this as a ****** learned to research businesses more thoroughly before entering into agreements, but Im hopeful youll take this opportunity to resolve the matter amicably. Purchased a flat iron, which was terrible! But worse is their return policy. You have only 3 business days from delivery date to begin the process. Even worse than that, the product has to be unopened and unused. So how are we supposed to try it and make sure it works well??? I clearly did not do my homework before hand so Im stuck with a product that does absolutely nothing for me-I did not read their terms and conditions, too bad for me, but Im trying to save you. This policy tells me they have no faith in their own products! Be aware.

I think Elite hair and body care is one of the best products that I have used in years. I am a 74 year old woman and I have always taken care of my hair and body , and I must say they have some of the best products I have ever used. Ms. Carol ***. Philadelphia, Pa.
