    I took my classic car to Pro Street Kustoms & Auto Collision on in September 2023 to install door handles and key holes and to repair the emergency brakes previously installed by Pro Street. Pro Street originally installed Willwood Disk Brake on this vehicle several months prior to this incident. The emergency brakes stopped working a week later. During this visit Jon stated that he would repair the brakes and failed to do so on this visit also. I have had a relationship with this shop for several years. However, during the installation of the door handle the shop drilled the keyhole in the driver’s door several inches off original keyhole spot. Upon picking up the vehicle Jon stated that he would get another door from a friend of his to repair the driver’s door and a door for the passenger door to match and acknowledge scratching the driver’s side door during the keyhole installation. He charged me $1184.61 after damaging my vehicle on this visit and not repairing the emergency brake and made jokes about drilling the hole in the door. After calling Jon for several weeks and stopping by the shop to follow up with the promised repairs Jon told me to purchase the driver’s door and the skin for passenger door. Jon then told me he would call me to schedule and give me an estimate for repairs. He then failed to call me or return my calls for several weeks again. When I finally was able to get him on the phone, he told me that he was going work on the estimate “right now” and email it to me and then stated, “you will hit the floor when you receive it.” On 11/9/2023 Jon provided me with an estimate to repair the doors totaling $4827.96 damaged by his shop.
