I ordered some beef jerkyon 1/24/23 and was charged $46.78 and have not received any reply after multiple emails regarding the shipment. The website says my order is unfulfilled.

    Hello,

I apologize for the issues and I totally understand where you are coming from. Regarding the winterization, to prevent these misunderstandings, we explain to all customers in BOTH our Sales Agreement AND our Owners manual that you will need to place a heat source inside the machine or drain the water out if you decide to install it in a location that will be exposed to extreme cold. The "All Seasons" package does not include a heat source, again as outlined in the documents you have. You signed BOTH of these documents and certified that you read them.  We explain in the manual and in various other documentations your responsibilities as a machine owner and the capabilities of a machine that contains water if placed outside in a location where temperatures fall below freezing.

Your machine sustained superficial damage in shipping and ******* started the claims process on your behalf, began the repair process, and offered to store the machine at your request until spring at no charge. You then stated that you wanted to return the machine, even though you signed BOTH the Sales Agreement AND our Owners Manual, which state clearly that all sales are final and returns are not accepted. We have responded to you at every step, and you have multiple points of contact here at ******* so your claim that we're not communicating seems to be that you're just not getting the answer you want. Again, this is why we outline everything in writing and have it signed so that there's clarity from both sides as to what's expected so we can avoid this type of misunderstanding. We stand by to return your machine to you when you are ready, to assist you in any way possible,  and will respond to any communication as always. Please let us know how we can further assist you.

I placed an order for six packages of beef jerky on November 14, 2022 (ORDER ******). I was charged $79.83 for this order. On November 19, four of the six items shipped to me. I received that shipment, but no further communication from the company. Some weeks later, I received two emails from ******* the first stating that a refund had been processed from **** ** ****** followed immediately by one saying the refund had been canceled and to contact the company for more information. Since then, I have sent three messages to the company through their website contact form and two emails to contact@blueoxjerky.com asking that someone contact me to let me know what is going on. I cannot find a telephone number for the company. No one has responded to any of my five requests for communication. I would like either delivery of the missing two 4 ounce packages of Original Recipe Smoked Beef Jerky (must be received before Christmas) or a refund. And I would like someone from the company to contact me and let me know what is going on.
